First time coming here first time with a dentist in 44 years . Bit nervous though I had and abscess and would be given antibiotics . I was so wrong tooth extraction was the best thing so I went for it. The female dentist talked me through it all first and then proceeded. It was totally painless from start to end! So professional as was her assistant. I couldn’t thank them enough they were fantastic and I would highly recommend this practice!

This should be the nhs role model. Been here 3 times had the same dentist twice and she’s absolutely brilliant. She honest, blunt and straight to the point and the best bit is she not only pays great attention to detail but gentle but firm and if like me have a fear of dentists she’s great. If I could have her as my perminant dentist I honestly would. Reception and rest of the team is good as well highly recommend these professionals

This place is awful they are aggressive and rude they put my disabled son in pain every time we attend a appointment and he's had nothing done to his teeth. He is none verbal and need some teeth out but this place is sending him to Swindon next year even though we live local to the dentists and don't drive and his teeth are putting him in pain but he still has to wait a year and go miles to have anything done. This place is a joke and the staff here really don't care. The picture is of the solid plastic thing they Forse his teeth apart with when they want him to open his mouth. He only understands it hurts and nothings been done just more pain

My daughter came for dental treatment to remove 4 teeth. They were excellent! She felt very anxious as she has had difficult teeth extractions previously. She was really well supported and put at ease by the nurse and dentist. They were calm and professional and talked her through the whole process. It made the experience very positive. Thank you!

I took a vulnerable lady with poor English to the out of hours dentist. My lady was in so much pain and panic with broken infected wisdom tooth. The dentist and assistant were so good with her. Listening, reassuring, clearly explaining and patient as my lady took three attempts at an X-ray due to pain. Same with injections and removal. So personal yet professional.. Thank you so much to that team who were on duty at 8pm on 28/02/24

Had unbearable tooth pain on a Friday night, went through 111 and within a couple of hours had an appointment here first thing Saturday morning. Dentist, dental nurse and receptionist were all fantastic, sympathetic, patient, and professional. Got me out of pain and set up to get through the rest of the weekend until I can see my usual dentist and explained everything that they did. All for less than £30 when a private weekend appointment would have been £350 plus cost of treatment!

Never go to this place, I had an emergency with a broken tooth, they did an extremely crude and bad extraction, they left traces of the tooth, it became infected, it's been a month and I still haven't recovered from that bad practice

I had an emergency situation where a tooth was infected and the first set of antibiotics didn't work. I managed to get an emergency appointment for a Sunday but the receptionist was rude and abrupt. She threatened not to hold the appointment even though I told her I had no transport and was not sure if I would be on time. I gor there and waited over 20 minutes to be seen. The dentist confirmed the infection and prescribed another set of antibiotics. I had to pay £25 for the appointment which lasted 2 minutes. I then had to pay again for another set of antibiotics. I had already paid for private dentist and a course of antibiotics. The dental care system in England is very poor. I am still in pain and my face is swollen. I have missed a week of work and will loose a week's salary. The dentist could have done more than just prescribing antibiotics..
