I am so impressed! A friend recommended features to me and I’m so glad I went. I had been thinking about composite bonding for quite some time. I phoned up and Amanda answered, she put me at ease straight away, explained everything to me and was upfront and honest about the costs. As soon as I met Florin, he put me at ease and explained the process in great detail. I’ve had several trips there recently for my consultation, mock up, hygienist appointment and then the full arch today. Every time I’ve been, I’ve felt so welcomed and at ease. I really hate hygienist appointments, but she was so gentle, allowed me to take breaks and explained the process to me throughout. I joined Features Nottingham a few years ago, and I haven't looked back since. I had been looking for a family practice for years, as I always felt that other practices just see you as a number, and not a patient. Features were recommended by my partner, who had a lot of work done with them and was very happy (he spoke very highly about their professionalism, knowledge and use of latest practices). I never felt they did unnecessary procedures on me, and they always saw me on a quick notice during emergencies. I suffer from bruxism, which got really bad after a stressful period. Albertina recommended Botox injections, and it was the best decision I have ever made. Before then, I suffered from constant pain, numbness, tightness and toothaches (from the pressure). After the Botox injections, the symptoms greatly improved. Features has now become our family practice, as both my children get treated here. My 4 year old is being seen regularly as I noticed early on that he has 'soft teeth'. I was so concerned about his teeth, but Albertina with her professional and calm demeanour put me at ease. He was not keen at the beginning, but with Albertina's patient approach, he now loves going to the dentist. Recently, I even took my newborn for a visit and she loved it! If you are looking for a family friendly practice with a professional and knowledgeable approach, then Features is the place for you. I can't recommend them highly enough.
