Ive just had an inplant by nevien there was no pain , i hate the noise from the dentist drill but there was not much noise there drill was quiet, they were very friendly and we had a bit of a joke while the work was being done, i would recommend them to any one thank you im steve w a happy patient

UNFORTUNATELY THERE ISNT AN OPTION FOR MINUS STARS. I came to the dentist for a small filling on my slightly chipped front tooth. The dentist upsold me and made me pay hundreds more for caps on my front 2 teeth, promising it was the best option for me but not explaining that this would mean I could not whiten my front 2 teeth in the future. At my next general appointment the dentist recommended teeth whitening at £349 + £88 air flow treatment to whiten my teeth. After completing the air flow the dentist told me, to my surprise that it had worked and my teeth were a shade whiter except the front 2..... I obviously was very concerned to learn that my front teeth would never change colour after having been sold hundreds of pounds worth of caps I did not want in the first place. However I was reassured by the dentist that I would get my caps replaced for FREE after the whitening with the 1 year guarantee due to the rest of my teeth being whiter and ultimately a different colour to the front capped teeth. I took a day off work to come into the dentist and paid £350 on the day, luckily I asked if the guarantee was still in place and was advised that theres no such guarantee and the dentist that lied to me had left. I was told the manager would call the next day to solve the mess created by the dentist. 1 week later and the manager hasn't bothered to call. I have been mis advised and mis sold to by the entire dentist who tried to charge me nearly £450 for teeth whitening that I cannot have due to their lack of competency. Which would of forced me to spend hundreds again at the dentist to get my caps done again in a whiter colour. I am heart broken that I have been ripped off by my local dentist and am hundred of pounds out of pocket only to be stuck with stained teeth for the rest of my life. Given I have grown up in the area I will ensure other don't get mis sold to like myself and will be spreading the word to stop the dentist continuing to lie and profiteer on customers. Gutted

I recently moved to this practice and was very pleased with both the welcome I got and the time and trouble that my lady dentist took to explain what she was doing and why. Very nice indeed, my husband & I were very happy with our treatment.

I went to the practice to have my first set of aligners fitted. The receptionist was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Then the dental nurse came out and asked me to go in. The room was welcoming with lovely calm music. Sal the dentist/ orthodontist kept telling me I was doing well , asking if I was okay. And at the end explained everything very clearly. He also asked me, on various occasions, if I had any any questions. I used to have a fear of the dentists but this was a pleasant experience.

So now they apparently don't take NHS despite the 2 signs outside stating they do, I've not been since the pandemic closures so now I have to find another dentist for me and my family. My partner was told he already had an appointment booked when he called to book one, however he went there to be told no such appointment exists Edit. In response to the reply, we were actually registered with them before COVID as were my partner and both my children but when they reopened we were told they no longer were NHS so saying you don't have capacity for NHS patients when we are already patients is confusing. Essentially we were removed from their books and left without a dentist for well over a year. I've now had to have a whole load of treatment including removal and filling and now have to wear a partial to fill the gaps left. My daughter had to initially pay private for temporary fillings for her front tooth which is now gone and is trying to be saved as she was unable to access a dentist longer than I was able to.

Been to see Dr Khan today. Had three extractions and didn't feel anything. I've finally found a dentist that I actually trust, and that's a big thing for me. Thank you guys your amazing.
