The best Dental Practice I've ever attended including family and friends. The most professional staff who are very caring towards everyone and they will go above and beyond desperate any circumstances. As staff I have been contacted numerous times when there were any cancellations in order to accommodate an earlier appointment which has been extremely beneficial. I highly recommend the clinic and specially the staff.

I had a disappointing experience at Bute Town Medical. The consultations felt rushed, with very little time spent with patients, and I felt that proper treatment or attention was not given. The staff seemed more focused on chatting at the reception than attending to patients. Overall, I did not feel well cared for.

Nurse Amanda, receptionist Josie, and Lauren are not only kind but also incredibly friendly, making me feel at ease during my visit.
