Had a full hygiene cleanse with Krish she was amazing. Made sure I was comfortable and gave me so many advice on how to manage my teeth and hygiene. Can’t wait to see her again for another cleanse.

I had an excellent experience with Hygienist, Ms. Krishnendu Radhakrishnan, this week. In my previous appointment Ms Radhakrishnan provided me with a plan to improve and maintain my dental hygiene, and it was good to find out at this appointment that the plan has been working well. Ms Radhakrishnan also saw me exactly at the time of my appointment, she was professional and personable throughout, and she took great care during the appointment to ensure minimum discomfort. Couldn't go to my usual dentist, so decided to give the local one a chance due to a broken tooth. I booked an appointment specifically to address this, but instead was given a full overview of all my teeth despite telling them I'm not interested in changing from my regular dentist. To fix the broken tooth I then had to book and pay for ANOTHER appointment, which meant I also spent more days in serious pain. The dentist was pressuring me to book more appointments for some other minor issues, despite me telling her I recently lost my income and couldn't afford it at that time. She used scare tactics to make me feel really bad about that. Few months after my filling here, I had to get a root canal because I got an infection in the tooth that has been "fixed". Since then I have received a number of follow up emails, text, calls. I've unsubscribed and asked to be removed from the database more times that I can count because after this insencere pushy treatment I would never come back, but somehow keep getting re-added.
