I have always had anxiety about visiting the Dentist,until 128 Dental took over. The Reception Staff are calm,caring and efficient. I would like to thank Dr. Zain Mahmood and Dental Nurse Jess for their professional,caring,reassuring and understanding care during my recent treatment. They created a calming environment and my treatment was amazing due to their expertise. Thank you Shirley

Highly recommend this practice! I have had to have multiple fillings and at all times Nadeem has calmed me down so much! I am always very nervous but everytime he has explained what he is doing, kept me relaxed and I left smiling! Thank you so much Nadeem and 128 Dental.

I had my initial appointment yesterday and it was amazing, the dentist was kind and considerate, he never tried to push any treatments onto me, he talked me through everything. The young girls on reception were kind and caring. I am looking forward to them being my permanent dentist in the future. Thank you for looking after me.

I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist, the same way some people are scared of spiders. I walked into an emergency appointment in floods of tears and sweaty palms. I was treated by Zane and as soon as he saw me he knew I had a big fear. With kindness and a genuine care, he got me to calm down and relax a bit. I wasn’t rushed, it was all at my own pace. I was embarrassed about the state of my teeth but Zane wasn’t judgy and he said to forget about everything else for now and let’s just get the pain sorted for today. With minimal fuss or invasion, Zane diagnosed an infection in my partially erupted wisdom tooth and prescribed a course of antibiotics. I went back a week later to check on it and the infection had cleared. Because of Zane’s compassion and relaxed demeanour, I’ve now joined their dental plan and will be going back in a week for a full check up and a treatment plan. This is nothing short of a miracle. Zane has taken my lifelong fear and made it more manageable… I’m still scared, but I feel safe and respected and I’m ready to face it head on - Thank you, Zane and Team.

I am having quite a lot of treatment done, and have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I can certainly recommend 128 as they made me feel relaxed and calm. Zane who is carrying out my treatment is such a perfectionist, all the way through the treatment he made me feel calm and explained exactly what he was doing and understood my anxiety, I recommend this practice 100% I wouldn't go anywhere else and certainly recommend them. I can't thank them enough 🙂
