Had appointment 29th September it was cancelled as dentist went home ill then made appointment 1st October seen dentist was told would 75 30 for xray and to have tooth out could not take tooth out that day so appointment made for the 15th October I payed 27 40 on on the 1st and was told by dentist I would have to pay rest 47 90 when tooth took out and by lady on reception so took correct money with me then today said I had to pay 75 30 so need to pay another 27 40 but I've payed 75 30 what I was told so not very happy

Absolutely fantastic Dental Practice, as a very nervous person who has not been in a dental practice for 20 year now I decided to go after having a abcess and raging tooth infection and gum disease, they gave me antibiotics for the abcess and took photos and cast of my m top teeth, I was Sudated and the rest of my top teeth removed, I now have a new set of false teeth in a denture fitting and finally have my smile back again, I would strongly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is nervous about Dentists.Dr.Deol was Asolutely Brilliant, She is softly spoken and always polite and professional. Her nurse is exactly the same. I have no hesitations in recommending this Dental Practice to other people who are Requiring a really good Dental practice.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the care I've received from Dr. Deol and Dr. Mushtaq over the past 9 months! Both are incredibly friendly, professional, and take the time to answer all your questions. Dr. Deol walked me through the Invisalign process with clarity and care, while Dr. Mushtaq made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my bonding procedure. Went to holbrook dental practice the dentist chipped a tooth and didnt tell me.She also took too much off another tooth .They really should know what symetrical means? I have now left them after 10 years.

Normally I would never write a bad Review but on this occasion I’m going to I had a dentist appointment earlier on today for a check up & a scale & polish.The disgraceful dentist Sunjay would not do the procedure.I found him to be rude and very unprofessional I’m going to be taking my complaint higher up as I believe that there needs to be an investigation and please everyone avoid this dentist like the plague the place ain’t fit for purpose.Thank You

Our experience with this dental practice has been consistently disappointing across multiple visits and for various family members. There appears to be a significant discrepancy in the treatment of NHS and private patients, with NHS patients often being required to return multiple times unnecessarily, seemingly to inflate costs. This raises concerns about ethical practices regarding NHS funding. Additionally, we have observed unprofessional behavior, including a patronizing attitude from some staff members. There also appears to be a lack of inclusivity and fair treatment towards certain ethnic groups, which is deeply concerning. However, we would like to acknowledge Dr. Jasmin, who stands out for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care. If this practice chooses to continue accepting NHS patients, they should ensure that all individuals—regardless of payment method or background—receive the same high standard of care. Ethical and fair treatment should be the priority, rather than maximizing financial gain.

So I phoned up this morning first thing to get an emergancy appointment as my tooth is broke and I have swelling and a lot of pain in my jaw and explained to the receptionist what had happened and I wasnt registered with a dentist and about my extreme anxiety about dentists. She was so lovely got me registered over the phone even though you normally have to email it. Then I got there and was extremely nervous. The lady who was with my dentist ask if I was okay as I was already getting myself worked up and I nodded. Once I got into the room I broke into tears and explained what had gone on with my tooth and why I was so upset. My dentist was so kind and understanding she took things very slowly and explained everything she was doing before hand. Honestly she was so lovely to meet and put my mind at ease today ♡ thank you so much guys
