After a freak Racket Sport accident where I smashed off the bottom of my front tooth and the one next to it ended up wobbling I made a frantic phone call to the The Dental Health Ctr - my regular dentist of over 30years. They were able to get me an emergency appointment with Dr Asim (my dentist) that very same morning. In total distress at what had happened and the visual impact with it being my front teeth - from the minute I walked in sheepishly covering my mouth to talk with a lisp - they were kind, compassionate and reassuring which set me at ease immediately. The reassuring words from the receptionist that I was in safe hands with Dr Asim was just wanted I needed to hear at that point. These words could not have been truer - from the minute I walked in and showed me the damage he was calm and relaxed and told me not to worry - he could rebuild my tooth. Through every step of the 1hr treatment he was calm and explained what was going to happen which put me totally at ease to the point I nearly fell asleep in the chair. I can not thank Dr Asim, his Dental Nurse and the whole reception team for helping me, rearranging other appointments so i could receive the treatment I needed and more importantly the end result - which I am flabbergasted at how good it looks and a result I dont think I ever visualised after the initial impact. They say once you find a barber you trust you never change - well the same can be said about Dentists and why I have been with the practice for over 30yrs. So thanks again to Dr Asim the The Whole Team at The Dental Health Ctr. Christmas certainly came early for me when I said - All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth!

Dr Asim has done a brilliant job with my composite bonding, repairing and protecting my teeth after years of bad grinding. My smile has never looked better and it’s given me a lot of confidence. Nicki and all the admin staff are so personable and friendly, they really make it a nice experience from the moment you go through the door. Would definitely recommend Dental Health Centre.

My dental fillings were supposed to be fixed, but unfortunately, they were not done correctly. It seems that the clinician did not complete the procedure properly, as the side with the new filling is still higher and causing discomfort. I mentioned this concern, but it was not addressed. As a result, I will need to find another dental clinic to have this corrected next week. Edited: Thank you for your response. I appreciate it. However, I have decided to seek another dental health service, as I am not fully confident in your treatment. Since my visit, I have been experiencing difficulty chewing, whereas before, I only had a minor issue. The tooth that was treated to cause me constant pain and significant discomfort. Nevertheless, I appreciate your time and assistance. Thank you again.

This is by far the best Dentist I have ever been to the front staff so friendly to put you at ease and Asim has looked after me so well in a process I have had done with Invisualine and other dentist work I never have any worries about coming here for any treatment.

I have been a patient at the Didsbury Dental Health centre since 2019, they have helped me tremendously to overcome my lifelong fear of the dentist. I had not been for seven years before I started going here, and needed a lot of work to my teeth, but they always put me at ease, especially in those first few appointments where I was in tears. Reception staff always so friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Abid who is the loveliest dentist I have ever met, to me and to my toddler! I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone with a fear of the dentist, and I’m gutted to be leaving the practice because of a cross country move 😭
