Care at the practice is still of a high standard but the quality of customer service has fallen to way below what I would expect from a private practice. In line with many other dentists prices have doubled in recent years to around £150 / visit each which is pretty steep considering they push you for twice yearly visits even if you have no issues with your teeth. Also we booked two appointments to run side by side as it is a large practice with a LOT of staff but one of us ended up waiting for over an hour to be seen. This was flagged at the time. Terrible customer service at the costs being charged. Also no option for retired pensioners to go onto an NHS list so dental care is pushed out of some peoples reach - Should be a small incentive to keep on with the same practice - Owners please note!

Excellent and 1st Class care yet again, and professional service!! All your staff in your Dental practice are the best in the Dental Industry across Derbyshire and around the UK. I do not know what I would have done without your professional Team. The Dental Practice Hygenist and Dentist have been so understanding of my needs, and have always been very caring and patient. I don't know what I would've done without them taking excellent care of my teeth. Thank you so much for everything that you have done and continue to do for me!! I visited Bridge Dental Clinic in the afternoon yesterday, 25th Novemver 2025, for my pre- planned tooth extraction. I'm a very nervous patient and I was worried about having my tooth extracted. However, Dr Katie Shooter and Dental Nurse Ellie immediately put me at ease, and supported me all the way with making me feel very comfortable prior to having my tooth extracted, reassuring me. Dr Katie Shooter extracting my tooth and in no time at all! I was relaxed and enjoyed the dental extraction, due to the ease at which Dr Katie Shooter and Dental Nurse Ellie made me feel!😊 I can't thank Dr Katie Shooter and Dental Nuse Ellie enough for taking care of me. Dr Katie Shooter explained in detail my Dental After-care, and also provided me with my 'Post- Extraction Care Insttuctions' leaflet which I've followed since having my tooth extraction. I haven't experienced any pain since my anesthetic wore off after my tooth extraction, and I haven't needed to take any parcetomol. Thank you soo much Dr Katie Shooter for your 1st Class Dental professionalism which is second to none! 😁xxx

I have been having work on my teeth for about a year now, I had a lot of issues with them . I went to about four different dentists until I picked Jag . My teeth look amazing now it’s been a long process but the difference is unbelievable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
