Although the team are friendly, my experience has been disappointing, with long delays and poor communication throughout. I paid over £3k for what was presented as Invisalign, only to later discover it was actually 32Co — a cheaper alternative never explained upfront, which felt misleading. It then took more than three months to begin treatment, double the time promised, and once payment was made, the customer care seemed to vanish. When treatment finally started, I was fitted with visible “buttons” on almost every tooth (despite being told only a few might be needed), which has really affected my confidence. A procedure also removed more tooth than expected, leaving visible gaps (rather than the “human hair” size described), with little explanation or aftercare beyond being given a booklet. Even before this, I’d had to return multiple times to fix a simple filling. Emails often go unanswered for days, and I’m still waiting on responses now — hence resorting to this review. For the cost and promises made, the experience has been a real let-down.

My hygienist Jess was as usual very friendly and helpful. She always does a thorough treatment and clean. Concerned about one of my teeth she asked for a Dentist to review me as an emergency and I was examined and prescribed antibiotics and my routine Dental check rescheduled earlier to complete any further treatment.
