I’d love to give a huge thanks to the entire team at Ropewalk Dental Suite for their incredible support throughout my smile transformation journey. 🎉 As the clinic working alongside SmileWhite, they handled all of my in-person appointments from the initial scans for my retainers to regular check-ins during my teeth straightening treatment. Every visit was smooth, professional, and reassuring. A special thank you to Dr. A. Landa for being so professional, caring, and detail-oriented. I always felt listened to and genuinely cared for. Had some dental work done yesterday (12.02.25) by Mr Singh, after being referred to him by my dental practice. Was nervous at first but once got inside was made to feel welcome . Mr Singh explained everything he was going to do, and continued to keep me informed throughout my procedures. The practice is very clean, professional staff. Came away with info on what to do after my treatment, was explained very well. On the next day was expecting to be in alot of pain , but kept under control with painkillers , mouth still sore and swollen but was told to expect that. Would like to thank Mr Singh and the staff who looked after me . Would recommend this practice.

Do not use again this place... had an infection after remove a toth(after 2-3 days- abces) ... and Mr. Owner refused to provide antibiotics presc. even after i explained that my practice dose not have a dentist at this time and at 111 did not have a spot for me (early spot in 7-10 days). A brutal expr. when i had it removed ... and my stiching looks like 1980 in war times. There is nothing professional in a practice that refuses to help a patient with a simple prescr. that he should provide after difficult extraction. All the stiches r gone ... and the bone its visible...still not healed proper on 04.01.2025 , i need to book an emergency dental service.

Edit: In reference to Mr Singh’s response, my name on your records is Lauren Kerr which you will definitely find. I was referred to your practice and will not be removing my review. I was referred to have my wisdom tooth removed here and it was not a good experience. The dentist failed to explain the procedure and the risks, which I’m sure they are supposed to. Thankfully I’ve had a wisdom tooth removed before so was already aware. Part of my back molar was broken whilst taking my wisdom tooth out, I was not told this and only saw it later, my personal dentist told me this should have been filled in to avoid infection but it wasn’t. I was told to leave whilst my mouth was still pouring with blood, with no instructions on aftercare and during the healing process my stitches were left so long one embedded into my cheek and had to pulled out. Overall not a pleasant experience, I don’t know whether it was because I was an NHS referral but it definitely didn’t encourage me to become a patient there.

Went in for tooth extraction today, reception lady I think sue? was lovely, even on the phone. I’m usually scared of dental work, but it felt easier than getting a filling done. The dentist & the lady helping were also lovely :) I’m extremely grateful and happy i’ll have no more pain. Thankyou!
