Great when in person, terrible when you have a video consultation! I went to see Dr Omar a few weeks ago and he was great. He then asked to book a video consultation which I agreed to. My appointment was due to start at 1pm and just waited for over 20 minutes on Zoom with a blank screen. No updates from the practice as to when or if the dentist will show up at all. Not the greatest I’m afraid. Maybe video consultations are just not their forte.

A Brilliant Experience with Farah! I went here for my first hygiene session in seven years! And the experience was nothing short of excellent. My hygienist was Farah Khan, and she was absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. Given how long it had been, I was a bit nervous, but Farah immediately put me at ease. She walked me through the entire process, explaining each step with patience and clarity, which I really appreciated. The cleaning itself was phenomenal. My teeth have never felt so clean – they're so bright now, I think my iPhone's flash has been made redundant! For anyone considering a dental session here, I would 100% recommend asking for Farah. She is fantastic at what she does, and her reassuring manner makes all the difference. Kudos to her and the team!
