I’ve been coming to this practice for two years, and I can honestly say it’s completely changed my relationship with going to the dentist. Before I found them, I was terrified – years of bad experiences had left me with serious dental anxiety and deep mistrust. I remember having a long phone conversation with Jade before I even booked anything. I asked a hundred questions and grilled her about everything. She never rushed me, never made me feel silly – just patience, kindness, and reassurance until I finally felt safe enough to make that first appointment. My initial consultation was incredibly thorough. Everything was explained clearly, without any judgment, and with genuine empathy. A treatment plan was agreed, I felt understood rather than lectured and shamed. I am a regular patient and have built a lovely rapport with everyone there. I’m never just a number or a credit card – I’m greeted like a freind and feel valued , we have a great catch-up, and there’s always laughter. The professionalism is outstanding from every single person, yet it never feels cold or clinical. My teeth and gums are now in the best condition they’ve ever been, and – unbelievably – I actually look forward to my appointments. For the first time in years, I’m no longer anxious. I leave feeling upbeat and happy. Yes, that’s possible at the dentist, and this place is living proof. I’m forever grateful to the whole team for their patience, expertise, warmth, and the way they’ve made every visit a pleasure. If you’re nervous about dentists, this is the practice that will change that for you too. Thank you 😊

After been with an incompetence dentist for 16 months. I've never been so relieved to meet Paul and he's team and finally feel like I was with a dentist who cares. From the consultation to seeing Kelsey, yesterday BOTH very informative and educational, and let's face it life is one huge learning curve. And felt so much better with the education I've received. Booked my next few appointments and looking forward to having healthier gums. Thank you doesn't seem enough. Have a fabulous Christmas to all staff see you in January 2026 onwards and upwards from now.

Dr Roberts, Prenna (awesome, top class hygienist!) and all the Nurses involved in my treatment and care are simply the best in knowledge, skill, professionalism, attention to detail and their reassuring chairside manner. The front of house Team of Receptionists are fabulous, friendly and have the patience of saints! I wholeheartedly and most definitely recommend this Practice 😊

Dr Paul Roberts and his dental nurse provided me with the best, most professional dental service I've ever had in my most recent visit to their Street Lane Dental & Implant Clinic. Dr Roberts explained clearly what dental work he would be doing as I was having several teeth extracted and through out the session put me at total ease and explained what he was doing at each stage. I was a nervous patient when it comes to any dental visit but his professional and people centred approach made the whole experience so calm and easy I would recommend this practice to family and friends. Five Stars rating on Google isn't suffient so my rating is 10.

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review sooner! Years of treatment from Paul and the team has not only meant I’ve kept my teeth, but they’ve kept me accountable throughout, which is so important because it really is my responsibility. Always greeted by warm, friendly faces all around the clinic. See you in a couple of weeks for my next round of treatment!
