I have recently had a check up and treatment with Rory at the practice and wanted to say what a great experience I had. It was super friendly, the girls at reception were efficient, polite and welcoming. Rory communicated clearly with me what needed to be done and the different options I had. This is not a criticism of the front liners. But the organisation honestly treat people like their time is disposable. Appointments being cancelled at short and medium notice is standard practice. Especially if you manage to get an appointment at a normal time, as they usually pigeonhole NHS check ups to rush hour morning or afternoon. Even then it is not safe or reliable to assume it will go ahead though. Additionally, when going private for a treatment, I got the wrong size filling put in. No apology or anything for having to take my own time out to go in the next day and have it removed and refilled again.

I am a very nervous patient when it comes to any dental work however I had such a lovely experience from Sophie at the desk checking in, to dentist Aneta and nurse Niamh! I had composite bonding done to correct a few chips/gaps with a very natural result. Can't recommend Aneta enough if you are thinking about composite bonding, she did an amazing job!

I'm a nervous patient when it comes to dentistry (blood pressure rises just mentioning it) due to past experiences. I recently had a molar extracted by Rory and felt at ease throughout the whole procedure, Rory's patient care, and after-care is very good! very happy with Rory's professionalism and have no issues with going back to him, no matter how small the problem may be.
