We had an outstanding service. My mother is house bound/palliative care and managed to break her dentures. From the first phone call to delivery of her repaired dentures took less than 24hr. Staff where very friendly, kind and understanding. Highly recommend.

I was very anxious and had a negative view of dentists prior to being a patient at this surgery. Nina helped me be calm during operations and explained every step of the dental process prior to starting any surgery. Since being a patient I've felt involved in my care and an active participant in what goes on. I've had numerous fillings and one removal at A&D dental and Nina has been great at calming me and helping me through the process. The receptionist staff are also great, I recieve reminders of my appointments in advance. I highly recommend A&D dental

12 years just over I've been with this dental practice, when I started going treatments were ongoing constantly, however over the past 2 years, I've required no treatment, exceptional advice and encouragement has brought me to this stage, I'm 74, and today I had a check up, wow ,all good no treatment not even clean and Polish, next appointment October 2025, amazing all advice greatly relieved,, this dental practice is exceptional, highly recommended 😀

I had two ladies attend and I have to say they were both wonderful very professional and friendly they put me at ease straight away. My problem wasn't easy but every option was explained to me and completed with no pain and great skill. I am very pleased with the appointment made to check my 93 yr old mother’s dental health and sort out her partial denture. The two practitioners visited my mother in her care home as she suffers too much physical pain to travel and has anxiety issues. Jennifer and Lena were lovely, putting my mother at ease and clearly explaining the procedures to her. My mother was very satisfied with the procedure carried out and reassured about her dental heath.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Took my 4 year old brother privately after being dissapointed by NHS. Looking at the website and other reviews I had very high hopes but they let me down completely. Took the consultation fee and did absolutely nothing. Worse than the NHS appointments we've been to. It says kids friendly dentist on the website but the one we went to was really mean. I don't usually write such reviews because everyone had their bad day but this was beyond everything I've experienced. Instead of focusing on the treatment, the dentist kept giving my mom a lecture on parenting and how apparently she messed up on her kid so we shouldn't do the same?? Would not recommend this place especially if you're thinking of taking your kid.

Always had a fear of dentists. Never trusted them. I needed a tooth extraction and contacted the dental surgery. Got an appointment within the week and the dentist and dental nurse were amazing with the home visit. Supported me throughout the entire procedure. So patient and so understanding. I’d definitely recommend 😊
