I've been with the Brighton Dental Centre for a while and I'm very impressed with the new management that has taken me back as an NHS patient. I've had an emergency appointment to have 3 fillings in and it's been fantastic. I was seen on the same day and the new team of receptionists, dentists and nurses there are wonderful. Special thanks to Dentist, Dr Keerthy Sasi and Nurse, Namrata Randhawa. Really happy with the service and the brilliant new team! Can't recommend them enough :)

Initially registered and went in for an emergency appointment following some severe tooth pain. The reception staff were very kind and efficient and got me an appointment for the same week. Following this and a couple of visits leading to a tooth removal, I really cannot thank the staff here enough for all their help. Special thanks to the amazing Dr Rateb Makawi who had to deal with my stubborn teeth. I would recommend registering to everyone, healthcare done right!

Keerthy Sasi is the best dental therapist I've ever gone to. As someone with a chronic pain disorder and a lifelong anxiety about the dentist, she's made me feel really at ease. She takes my comfort into consideration and really listens to my worries, and offers helpful solutions. She put me on a great treatment plan and now my teeth are the healthiest they've ever been.

Been a year since i been here and honestly instill dont understand what happened. I went in with s root canal , ofc not the most plesent thing to get done ! Understandable. But always felt like the doctor was always just a little rougher than he should have been or previous doctor have been. After i went back from my second appointment this is when things get weird. When i was in the chair , equipment in mouth , doctor decided to do 3 of my fillings while he was there. Sounds nice , until i remind you in there on a private appointment for an urgent root canal. The visit i was expecting to be around £200 turned out to be £800 because doctor took the liberty. Its okay , they gave me a tube of floride toothpaste for free! Its been a year , and all 4 fillings that doctor has done had to be redone , the root canal he told me was finished was actually only half done , due to my tooth canals (i dont know dentist terms ) are not on a straight bath , one side was cleared , the other was half left ! One of my teeth was just shaven down to half its size - never understood that one! Since my experince there , im £800 twice as i had to get every single one of the teeth hes done redone ! Forgot to mention , dentist did not wear a mask and his breath wasnt the best either !
