If you have complex, rotated teeth that require wisdom teeth extractions, please read this. After speaking with another orthodontist who was not comfortable to take on my case, due to my incisor being rotated, I went to see Dr Preet. He was thorough and explained my case in detail and what I should expect, and roughly how long it will to achieve a smile that I am happy with (18-24 months). I had 4 wisdom teeth that needed to be extracted, and for a very nervous patient, this was my nightmare. However, on the day, Dr Dan and Kully, were both my guardian angels. They were kind and funny, which helped to ease my nerves. They both kept me reassured and calm, and were explaining every step, which I am thankful for. Dominika was helpful in smoothing out my aligners, after my extractions, and again, was very kind. 4 weeks on, my gums have all healed, I am back to normal eating, and currently on aligner number 5. I know there is a long way to go, but I am so glad to have taken this journey with Signature - I just wish I had started it sooner!

I was expecting a consultation to be scheduled since Thursday, but now it’s Monday and even my last message on WhatsApp hasn’t been answered. The customer service is extremely poor, especially at a stage where a business should be focused on attracting new clients. If potential customers are treated this way, it’s very hard to trust their services.

I really recommend this practice. All of the staff are super welcoming and helpful. I’ve seen Manaz a few times for my scale and polish and each time she was wonderful and gives amazing customer service, as well as the other staff here. As for my orthodontic treatment, so far has been great and I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my smile in only a few months.

Started my treatment a few months ago. Process has been smooth and all the staff have been great. I got my braces on 2 weeks after my first appointment and the initial consultation was very thorough and they talked through everything i needed to know and how my treatment will proceed. I am very satisfied with everything and i would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get braces.

I had composite bonding done with Dr. Chiggs and his nurse Rachel, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, they both made me feel so comfortable and reassured. Without a doubt, Signature are the best dental practice in Birmingham. Huge thanks to Preet, Leah and the rest of the awesome time at Signature for their continued excellence in patient care. I've been a patient for around 4 years now and consistently refer people to them! I had Invisalign treatment with Signature a few years ago after having been told by my previous dentist that I wasn't suitable for Invisalign and instead would need 4 teeth out and train tracks for over 2 years. Thankfully I sought a second opinion from Signature after learning they are Invisalign specialist and was thrilled to learn that not only was I suitable for it, but I wouldn't need any teeth taken out and would only need it for approx 1 year. I am SO happy with my smile now and have so much more confidence thanks to Preet and the team - thank you again for your care and support!
