I can't describe the anxiety I have had over the years from Dentists since I moved to poringland nearly 10years ago. I was signed to an NHS dental practice in Norwich that I felt didnt show any care towards me at all. I had so many problems and pain with my teeth, gums and jaw, and anytime I tried to reach out to the dentist I was signed up to, they would tell me there was no appointments available, or cancel any appointments at last minute and tell me to call to arrange another. When I did get seen, It would be less than 10minutes and the dentist would say Im fine (even when I was in pain). 2 years ago, I had a severe tooth infection, I was in tears on the phone to my dentist who had no interest at all and told me to just get antibiotics from online if it was that bad! I went to a private dentist in norwich as an emergency from the pain, who were so lovely and informed me my infection was so severe, antibiotics would not have helped anyway! So I had to have a tooth extraction that day. Eventually, when I noticed poringland was taking on new patients again, I signed up and I have Dr Haza. Oh my goodness, Dr Haza has been INCREDIBLE!! She reassured me from the moment I stepped foot into her room that she will do her best to make me feel calm and give me the best care. And she has exceeded this! I had to have more teeth extractions (wisdom) and I was so nervous, yet Dr Haza explained everything she was doing and educated me on why and how it will help. This is the first time I can say, I now look forward to my dental appointments! Something I never thought I would ever say!! I recently took my young son to see her after he told me he had tooth pain. She saw him quickly and was brilliant with him, he needed a filling and surprisingly, my son loved his appointment and told his school office his new dentist is really nice and he really likes her and now likes going to the dentist! I am yet to now take my youngest son here too. I was worried about coming as private isnt cheap, but the professionalism by all the staff here, their friendliness, care and consideration they have for their clients really does show! Dr Haza has honestly helped me hugely and I really hope she knows how much she has helped me in so many ways. Im no longer in pain and I no longer feel anxiety about dental appointments. The receptionists are also very welcoming and always happy to help with anything! Thankyou for taking me on as a new client and I am so so glad I signed up! Amazing team!!!

Very disappointing that they cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before I was due to be seen by the dentist. I had taken half a day’s leave from work and was already enroute when I was notified of the cancellation. There was little acknowledgement of the significant inconvenience it had caused me, and had it been the other way round I would have been charged a minimum of £70.

Poringland Dental Practice is a friendly, hygienic and very professional Practice. Being disabled I was greeted by Gemma who seeing the difficulties in opening doors quickly assisted in opening the doors so I was able to get in from the cold weather. The Dentist (Dr Mariusz) I had to deal with my teach/oral hygiene and filling was an exceeding professional gentleman in his field. He puts patients at their ease, tells the patient exactly what he is going to do. His work is superb, takes pride in his work and answers any questions you might have. I would recommend this Practice very highly. It’s a Practice that is exceptionally clean, professional and friendly staff who go the extra mile to give their patients peace of mind.
