Reviewing on behalf of my 3 year old son, Dr Farouk and Gopali were outstanding 👏🏾 Dr Farouk spoke to my boy in a way that made him feel confident through out, explaining things as he went on. My son wasn’t scared at any point, didn’t ask to be carried, just sat there listening to Dr Farouk, answering questions even when he didn’t understand 😅💙 I really appreciate the level of professionalism and friendliness I saw! Thank you for making his first dentist visit a very positive experience 💯✨🙏🏾 My sister and I also got checked after a very long time since we’ve been to the dentist and there was no judgement at all 😩 😂 Just loads of information and attention to detail. Also very affordable! Definitely the best dental service I have experienced. Definitely recommend Luna Dental 🤍

I visited Luna Dental today. I was able to book online and got a same-day appointment at their Direct Access Clinic. Even though I arrived a little late, the staff were very accommodating. The clinic itself is modern, clean and really welcoming. My hygienist, Kirsty, was absolutely brilliant…nice, gentle, and thorough. I felt completely comfortable throughout, and she left my teeth looking and feeling fresh, clean, and genuinely healthy. Her assistant was also wonderful and made the whole experience even better. I even got a complimentary inter-dental brush. 😁 Overall, a lovely & professional team and a great service! I highly recommend Luna Dental and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment in 3 months.

I recently visited the clinic for a general check-up and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. Dr. Farouk was exceptional — thorough, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment.

I rang Luna dental after a bad experience with another dentist. The other dentist scheduled a filling and warned me that it was going to probably need an extraction. When I came for that, the new dr expected an extraction straight away (not what I was told) and seemed to be angry because I thought it was going to first attempt to do the filling. She nearly kicked me out of the clinic because I felt the drill and winced. She said she couldn't work on me and that if I ended up needing an extraction, not to come there. She was also demeaming towards my dental health despite she didn't have any information about my health, my social background, like having cavities or dental pain was all my fault. She was also making me feel like a nuissance and acted like she couldn't understand my English because of my foreign accent which I found very rude. After this upsetting experience I started having unbearable pain so I contacted dentists near my home and Luna dental answered my whatsapp message straight away and gave me an appointment that same day (in less than 2 hours from my phonecall I was meeting the dr Aldaas). I was assessed and offered two options with pros and cons and reassured about all the situation. The staff was welcoming and polite and I felt respected (exactly the opposite as my previous experience). We decided to treat the infection and perform the extraction after few days, with instructions about what to do if the pain didn't subside and why that option was better than go through the process with an active infection. After the course of antibiotics and with the scheduled appointment for the extraction, I was informed about the procedure beforehand and while it was being done. I was listened to with my concerns about numbing issues I have (from previous experiences). I was treated with all the respect and consideration and no one acted like my English is not good enough or they struggle to understand my accent. I didn't feel embarrased about my dental issues or criticized or blamed if I had bad teeth, cavities or cracks. My procedure was a bit more complicated than expected but I was reassured all along which kept my anxiety under control. After it was done, I was given clear instructions about post extraction care, what to expect, how to manage pain and what to do if I had signs of infection or worse pain. I am glad I decided to contact Luna Dental with my problem, I am very, very satisfied with the outcome. I totally recommend this clinic.
