I’ve always been absolutely petrified of the dentist, but I was extremely lucky to become a patient at Bupa Dental (formerly King Lane Dental). I was initially very apprehensive about the change of ownership and the possibility of losing some familiar faces, but I have to admit—the transition was completely seamless. The ladies on reception are always so welcoming and calming, and my dentist, Aneesh, is amazing. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly, helping to settle my anxiety and worries while being incredibly gentle. I’ve also recently had some cosmetic dental work done, which has greatly boosted my confidence to smile. The entire team at Bupa Dental go above and beyond to provide outstanding care and service. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism, kindness, and for making every visit such a positive experience.

The dentist (Laura) was really transparent with what treatment I needed, reasons for it and any alternatives. I often find that dentists are hesitant to provide alternatives if it means the business won’t be with them. But Laura was happy to answer my questions. The reception staff are knowledgeable and you’re always greeted with a smile. Very happy I found this dentist.
