i have waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for my appointment and my appointment was at 2:30pm and she saw me at 4:00pm and she’s really rude and doesnt really pay attention to most patients problems and she seems like she doesn’t care about anything, i don’t really understand why she is in this establishment if she don’t care about her patients.

Rubbish practise took 4 people to take my wife’s tooth out for working in a dental professional myself it doesn’t need that many people to hurt the patient and make them feel really bad which was a terrible experience for her knowing this I would off got her refered elsewhere will make sure I change the dental practise going forward. Also they need to treat patients with care which wasn’t at this practice

My orthodontist was erma qureshi, she was absolutely brilliant my braces were taken off early due to circumstances off my own and my teeth were straight. The team managed to fit me in on the same day as I rang them because I couldnt make it for my appointment which was a month later. I am proud of the results, and would highly recommend coming here. Erma did a good job and I am much happier with my smile

Registered with them for more than 10 years. Always experience poor service but it was really strange right now. I rang for an emergency appointment to get the treatment for my tooth in pain. They can't give any emergency appointment even and booked for 7 days after.

Ableist and discriminatory dentist The dentist refused to see me because I am chronically ill and cancelled two appointments due to severe health issues out of my control. I couldn’t walk but the dentist stuck to her grudge and made me find another practice. In June 2024 I went to America, was told I had severe decay that could lead to an infection and needed to be treated immediately because tooth infections can reach your brain. As the price they quoted was $4000 I decided to wait to come to England for treatment. I booked an appointment in September 2024 which the practice cancelled as is shown in my screenshot. I waited for benefits to get approved so I could get treatment as I couldn’t afford it. My benefits were approved January 2025 and I had a successful appointment on the 13th March. The dentist said it was a very sensitive procedure for deep decay almost hitting my nerves, I was young and she didn’t want to remove my tooth but save it so she was going to do my root canal as soon as possible. We booked for 18th March as shown in my screenshots. After this my chronic illness flared up affecting my mobility. I couldn’t move my arms and legs and had episodes of being able to walk some days and not walk other days. As a result, I tried to rebook my appointment explaining that I had been to A&E. Unfortunately I had another flare up where I was bed bound and could not walk so cancelled the 24th March appointment too. I only cancelled my 18th and 24th March appointments due to having severe mobility issues as I am chronically ill. I booked again for the 23rd April and the dentist cancelled and again on the 6th May. I called the dentist and learnt I wasn’t allowed to book appointments at Bhandal anymore because I had cancelled three appointments in a row, wasted the dentists time when she could’ve seen other people and she “didn’t want to take me on”. I explained I was in hospital with severe health issues and had tried really hard to regain my health so I could get my root canal treatment. The receptionist said she understood and would speak to the dentist but the dentist said she “still didn’t want to take me on”. There was still time for May 6th appointment so I told the receptionist I was ready and would show up and I desperately needed this root canal before it became an infection. I had gotten ready on time for the 23rd April too. There was a whole hour for my appointment left and the dentist would be free anyways now she had cancelled my appointment. If the decay turns into an infection which is likely since I have had this issue since June 2024, 10 whole months, that would affect my already declining health severely. The receptionist said she spoke to the dentist and told her about me going to hospital and not being able to walk and have health issues but the dentist still “didn’t want to take me on”. ‼️ I asked if I could see another dentist but I was told the practice had no other dentists and I’d “have to find another dentist” myself for cancelling my appointments! I would have to find another dentist despite being in an extremely vulnerable state because the dentist was bothered by me going to hospital, being chronically ill and so cancelling two appointments because I couldn’t walk!!!!!! As a healthcare professional THIS is when you show up! The receptionist also tried to exaggerate the situation by saying I also cancelled the appointment in September and on the 23rd April! As if I had cancelled four appointments instead of two! I have the screenshots showing it was on their end. Dentist may argue it’s not their fault since I was left untreated from June - March 2025 but I am chronically ill, had no benefits and did everything in my power, even attempting jobs with my illness to possibly make money for root canal in those months. She could’ve taken me on 6th May but wanted to be childish. This is extremely discriminatory, ableist and has affected my mental health to be treated like this. I could not walk and you know that because I told your receptionist so who told you.
