I’d avoided the dentist coming up to 15 years. Had multiple problems that I was aware of, cracked tooth, fillings needed etc.. I’d put it off for so long to the point it was almost embarrassing to go and show somebody. When expressing this to The Smile Designers through social media, they helped calm my nerves and reassured me before attempting to book me in. I felt at ease going to see them especially as they were very active on TikTok and social media etc which helped me sense their personalities and see they were just regular people. I firstly needed a general clean followed by 3 fillings. Kendra and her team, including reception staff, were super helpful and welcoming. The ensured I was ready and I didn’t feel a thing. They also followed up with regular checks to see how I was getting on prior to having work done. I was then due to have my cracked tooth extracted and a few days before my appointment I started to suffer with a lot of pain. I expressed this to their team and they all made me a priority and managed to squeeze me in ahead of my appointment. Dr Kahn was super calming and explained everything clearly and in detail before extracting and took extra time to make sure I couldn’t feel anything. Everything went smoothly and just this evening I received a text from them asking how I was and checking up on me which is such an appreciated touch! The care shouldn’t stop the minute you leave the practice and in this case it didn’t. Thank you all and sorry for not being able to control and keep my tongue out the way during any work 🤎 Dalton

Amazing! Simply stunning! Highly recommend Will, from start to finish Will was excellent. Very honest advice for my specific case. With a finish I didn’t think was possible. All the staff are lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable team. This wasn’t my first rodeo with composite bonding, but definitely my best experience to date. I’ll definitely be sticking with Will from now on for cosmetic dentistry needs. Thanks guys your all fabulous x

I kept seeing Instagram posts from this dental clinic and decided to give it a try. I underwent Invisalign treatment, whitening, and several check-ups. What’s my verdict? Never again. Unfortunately, this turned out to be just another money-driven, poorly managed dental practice - one of several I’ve tried in Sheffield over the years... Appointments have NEVER been on time. There seems to be no respect for patients’ time. Parking is always an issue as well, it’s consistently taken up by staff vehicles, leaving no space for patients. On one occasion I was told I had an appointment (confirmed by the receptionist), only to arrive - after taking time off work and paying for a taxi into town- and be told: “Sorry, the receptionist must have forgotten to update the calendar.” No compensation from the clinic for the wasted time and money.. During one visit, I mentioned to Dr. Fahad that I had sensitivity in a few teeth. He did a quick check, took an X-ray, and assured me everything looked fine. However, when I went to see a proper dentist, she immediately spotted two small cavities without even needing an X-ray. One of the affected teeth had already started crumbling. My regular dentist was shocked that this had been missed. Dr. Fahad appears to be proficient with tools like the Invisalign scanner, but that alone doesn’t make a competent dentist. He failed to properly remove bonding glue from my teeth after the Invisalign treatment, even if I told him i can still feel it on a few teeth. I had to return to my other dentist to have it professionally polished. The Invisalign treatment also left numerous rough gaps between my teeth, which were poorly finished and would have led to cavities if left untreated. Again, I had to go back to my other dentist and spend extra money to correct Fahad's mistakes... If he spent as much time improving his skills and getting extra training as he does creating social media posts, he might actually turn out to be a decent dentist one day!
