Excellent service all round from initial consultation through to treatments, this was an ongoing case and I was originally nervous due to a bad experience in my youth but Sophie & Tariq were excellent, very reassuring and explained every step so there were no surprises. My treatment last around a year and each and every time I attended I felt at ease, welcome and informed. I highly recommend considering Visage if you are looking for options, advice or treatment.

My granddaughter was referred by her dentist to Visage (Miller Street) due to her age and treatment required. Internal bleaching & composite bonding carried out by Tariq Bashir. A huge thank you Tariq you made a young girl very very happy today in fact she is beyond excited. Her smile is amazing and it’s such a joy to see how happy she is. Tariq I really liked the way you took the time to explain each procedure and you were very good at making my granddaughter feel at ease. Her teeth are absolutely beautiful now 🤩 Thank you also to the dental nurse (sorry I didn’t get your name) who was very kind and friendly. I would also like to say a big thank you to you Sakina who from start to finish was there to support us throughout this process. You looked after us so well always taking the time to reassure and give me advice either in person or on the phone no matter what time of day. You are brilliant! All the staff are so warm & friendly and the atmosphere is so lovely. Thank you all for looking after my precious girl it means so much to me. ❤️

Dr Kaila, assisted by Shannen and Lauren extracted my lower wisdom teeth on Friday. The consultation a few weeks prior set out the options available, what would be involved and specific things I would need to do before and after. Although it felt like 20mins 😃 my wife assures me it was close to two hours but it felt very much like I was in and out and everything went exactly as Dr Kaila had explained. Would strongly recommend Dr Kaila and her team, especially if the work required is complex.

I had a back tooth extraction carried out by Kaila and felt no pain. Considering I have not had any work done by a dentist in 10 years and being a very anxious patient. I was extremely nervous and anxious on the day. Kaila was very patient, understanding, and explained everything she was going to do before, and during the procedure. Kaila and Jen continually checked in on me asking how I was the whole time I was in the chair, which was so comforting and calming. I actually did not experience 1 bit of pain during this procedure. Recovery was quick and pretty much pain free after day 3, (post surgery) Thank you both !!

I've just completed several months of treatment, having had Invisalign, also veneers and crowns. Dr Rahman was informative and very professional. All aspects of treatment were exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It was expensive but worth it. All the other staff in the practice were so friendly and helpful too. Once again today Dentist Mr Rahman is being disrespectful and abusive towards his dental support nurse/assistant. His demeanour is disgraceful and completely unprofessional. His dental nurse today experienced him physically snatching things from her hands, whilst doing it aggressively. He is showing contempt and anger towards her and thus has happened several different appointments now. He speaks to the dental nurse in a horrible manner also. I’ve reported this behaviour from him and nothing happened. No wonder the place has a very high turnover of staff. I’ve witnessed “Victoria” also speak to nurses in a derogatory manner too. It makes me and other patients feel really uncomfortable. It’s very clear they don’t have enough staff and trying to overwork the ones whom have stayed and not run away already. If I was the staff being treated this way I would have been gone long ago! I’m seriously contemplating moving elsewhere so I’m not supporting people who treat others this way! Shame on you Buoa Visage. Yous need investigated from management down
