2.4 rating is about right.Communication very poor, very hard to understand. My grandson and myself endured his braces treatment for about 2 years plus. We would have gone somewhere else if we'd had a choice but would have had to start the treatment all over again. Final straw was the orthodontist & assistant both found it very amusing that my grandson who has special needs found it difficult to place retainers in his mouth. The retainers weren't even fitted properly. Treatment hasn't been finished because of this. Still, they get paid a ridiculous amount of money as orthodontists, so that's all that matters.

no one ever answers the phone, as they hardly ever have a receptionist at the front desk. Also Ive had to question on occasion. The treatment plan, The dentist wanted to take the braces off, and my sons teeth wasn't quite ready for that. He still needs at least 4 more months treatment. which was agreed.

Not the first orthodontist I have been to, but the most patient, friendly and super polite, despite my many questions. Easy parking in a residential area.

I had to call as an assistant for my bosses appointment for a reschedule and tried multiple times, had me waiting for days, the appointment was scheduled for 29th august and I had been trying to reschedule for more than a month and they never picked up, as I was not in the UK I could not go in person but their service over the phone is absolutely appalling!

Anonymous account as I am still a patient here and do not want to compromise my treatment quality, not like it could get much worse. Terrible orthodontist. So incredibly inconsiderate of patients situations. Dr bash dawood lied straight to me about when my braces would come off forcing me to make an unnecessary 3 and a half hour journey where he achieved nothing. Nobody in the establishment is ever friendly. All very rude and disrespectful, act as if you are an idiot for not knowing things they haven’t even told you. If this wasn’t on the NHS, It would be a complete waste of money. I don’t believe there are any characteristics of a good orthodontist that Poole orthodontics possess. DO NOT get braces done here if it can be avoided and DO NOT give this institution any money. Find somewhere else. You will regret involving yourself with Poole orthodontics!

Never answer the phone. Never return calls. Appointment was cancelled after waiting for 20 minutes. Just not good enough!

I had to cancel my daughter's appointment I left several messages and emailed. I gave over 48 hours notice and still not heard anything back or a rescheduled appointment over 3 weeks later
