If I could give 0 stars, I would. The level of incompetence here is honestly shocking for a clinic that calls itself ‘professional’. The management clearly has no idea how to run a clinic or how to treat patients with basic dignity. What a DISGRACE!

My daughter had a very bad experience yesterday with Dr. Srnivas Krishnamurthi . She went for a check-up after a few months waiting. The doctor has been rude complaining she got stain building up on her teath. She explained, she been waiting for appointment long time . He cleaned her teeth and left them bleeding and in pain . She was bleeding all afternoon yesterday and all night , wake up covered with blood and with multiples blood cloth in her mouth . This morning I rang them to put complain, I heard I can't put complain as my daughter is over 18th . My daughter is shy. That's why I been ringing regarding her . And his proffesional he should to know how to treat his patients, especially young lady's . For me its absolutely shocking , unacceptable and unprofessional.

Absolutely ridiculous! Booked an appointment at 2pm made sure I was early got there for the shutters to be down. They saw I was waiting outside with my 2 and 3 year old sons. Didn’t open shutters til 6 minutes past. When I was late to my appointment by minutes I was refused service as they were under staffed and I was late but I am expected to wait for staff that I can see are just standing around talking to open when it is my children’s appointment time! What a joke!

Any complaints for DR KAUR should be given to NHS England . DR GAGANDEEP KAUR IS A OWNER AND COMPLAINTS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO NHS ENGLAND.

After my appointment today, I’m able to smile in the first time in years. That means a lot to me. I explained why my teeth were bad (years of mental health and acid reflux issues) and they just cracked on and fixed my teeth. I couldn’t believe how quick and good she got my teeth looking. She gave brilliant advice for teeth and gum health and even gave me some free samples of toothpaste that I should use. Dentist and staff were great even though they are busy(understandably, especially with nhs patients like myself). Booked my next appointment in.

Tried contacting them twice to register, But not answering emails or there contact form on the website. Shame as I was recommended them.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experience with Dr. Gagandeep Kaur. Unfortunately, my interaction with her was extremely disappointing due to her unprofessional and dismissive behavior. Dr. Kaur was notably rude and lacked the basic courtesy and empathy expected from a healthcare professional. Rather than addressing my concerns with patience and understanding, she was abrupt, condescending, and seemed unwilling to engage in meaningful dialogue. I left the appointment feeling disrespected, unheard, and deeply dissatisfied with the care provided. It is alarming and disheartening to be treated in such a manner, especially in a setting where trust and communication are essential. I believe patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances, and Dr. Kaur’s conduct fell far short of those standards. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be considered to ensure that no other patient has to endure a similar experience.

Tyne View is my dentist. I had huge anxiety going to the dentist after a bad experience as a child. All those years of fear, now I happily attend every 6 months. Yes sometimes there isn’t a seat while you wait, but it’s no hardship to stand for a few minutes. It’s a bright and relaxed surgery. All the staff are understanding, friendly and professional. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you so much for putting me at ease and giving me a nice smile.

Having only spent 3 months on the waiting list myself and my husband were called and offered an NHS appointment. Dr Kaur was fantastic, she explained everything to us very clearly and made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Tyneview Dental.
