Dr Harpal Lall is a very skilled dentist and really cares for his patients best interest. I recently underwent bad botched veneer treatment in Marylebone - Wellbeck street. Paid 10k for 4 teeth. Had to do veneers twice - both botched, too big too wide, not functional and I have been in pain for 4 months. Complete TMD outbreak from cheeks, joints, to back - you can’t deny it the dentists can even see it in my posture. My mouth is in complete trauma - my psychological and emotional trauma even worse. So I went to Dr Lall for consultation and advice and to check for any additional functional issues for getting rid of the pain. Dr Harpall Lall walked me through every possible scenario of what went wrong. He could see it right away and that’s how I know that he is very skilled. Ultimately the veneers or crowns were not well designed with the lab , whereas Dr Lall allows his clients to meet with his lab. I didn’t realize that was an option and would have probably been the key ingredient for me. Because I have very small face but a massive canine - so getting the shape and size right requires close attention. I appreciate this advice and will definitely do this going forward. Secondly, The colour was too bright bc veneers were overfilled with extra white fill and not well blended to give me a nice translucent natural white. Apparently you don’t have to choose just B2 - there’s an art to it. The super expensive cosmetic dentist I used before did not explain that. And I wish I had know this was an option. Glad to know now and will not accept a dentist who does not understand this. Lastly I am suffering from TMD outbreaks for over 4 months. It was awful during first botched veneers, then stopped during temporaries for the redo of the second veneers and then came back intensely after the second veneers - the face and back muscles have been overworked and stuck for 8 weeks - just awful. So the dentist explained to me that my bite is off and that I need to go to a specialist Prosthodontist to fix the bite and the smile. I appreciate his honesty, I appreciate he didn’t use my time and money and has guided to the best solution for me after I had gone through so much dental trauma. If you get the chance to choose Dr harpall Lall as your doctor, do know that you are probably in great hands with a skilled dentist, that knows what he’s doing and has your best interest as a patient . That is very rare these days and refreshing!

I want to thank this clinic so much! When I needed urgent appointment to fix my crown, administrator was super quick and lovely in communication. I went private, it was my first visit and it was not cheap(welcome to London), but it worth every penny. Dr Tim Minhas and his nurse Orsi were both very attentive, careful and supportive. Doctor listened to me, reassured me that everything will be done well. He was explaining everything he was doing and was very patient to me being stressed. I had a great experience.
