I was the victim of severe dv with several broken teeth and not only did they treat me with kindness in also very nervous anyone leaning over me they always give me a stress ball and stop treatment if it gets too much for me it's never a problem for them I've had to have treatment over 3 years because I have other health issues that cause me to take longer to heal and I'm very happy to have been given the treatment I've received and care

Completely messed up my whole mouth ,pulled teeth didn’t need pulled , then left me in pain for almost two years over Covid , had to pay privately during that time , went back to them after that period , now they’re saying I’ve missed appointments I didn’t have and the ones I did have they have no record off , sat in pain for a month now , terrible staff , reception is a joke , you’ll get the owners brother sat there with no clue what he’s doing , messing up appointments and blaming the customers , joke of a place and needs shut down

Absolutely wonderful people at this practice. ♡ I cannot believe people are giving negativite reviews! the dentist is a wonderful, amazing woman who is working for basically pennies as an NHS dentist and she's done a great job. I had an emergency with my tooth and Im so greatful that she took time to see me today despite me not having a dentist. She was so nice and professional. She was matter of factly and straight to the point as well which was phenomenal. People dont seem to realise that the NHS is crumbling and the dentists arent paid enough yet she is still running her practice despite that. Shame on the people that say negative things about this amazingly strong woman. If i could join her practice i would, so everyone in it should be greatful.

My experience was awful as a patient with bad anxiety already. This dentist was so rude and had no empathy for me and made me feel uncomfortable. This happened when I was getting a check up and because this health care centre that I was registered with since I was 14 but had wanted to do a final check up as this health care centre only took patients like me up to 17 ( this was whenever I was 17) and who where absolutely amazing with me, wanted me to come and get an x ray which was free , and when I had told this women at sliabh mor that I got the x ray she turned round to her assistant and said "seriously they had no right" which just shows she was just after the money as you have to pay for x rays and when there was no need to be immature and unprofessional in front of a patient. She then asked WHY did you go get an x ray so I felt to uncomfortable to explain anything. I then had an appointment to get a fill in and I have had some before with my dentist previously who made the experience so comfortable for me but this lady dentist was absolutely not caring what so ever. Everytime she drilled into my tooth I got this big shooting pain which I have never had when getting a fill in so she didn't numb me properly THEN made me wait out in the waiting area and took her other patients and left me sitting there sore for half an hour which was so unprofessional. This women in particular is honestly the worst dentist I have had and does not care about her patients it is very obvious and is definitely not suited to work with patients if she obviously does not care for them. This dentist is definitely not recommended for people who have bad anxiety and is no point in complaining to the dentist as they are so rude aswell.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I have never experienced such an unprofessional and unpleasant visit to a dentist. From I walked in, the dentist’s attitude was rude and dismissive. I’m a naturally nervous patient, but instead of showing any understanding or compassion, she made sarcastic, cheeky remarks that only heightened my anxiety. There was no reassurance, and absolutely no empathy for my discomfort. I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a patient, said I was wasting her time & couldn’t give me any advice etc. Going from previous reviews this isn’t the first time she’s treated a patient like this. If you’ve kids or nervous in general about the dentist, I’d stay well away from it!

If there was the option to give no stars and a red flag for patients not to go near this place I would opt for it! Mary Clare is an awful dentist as such I’m am reporting her to the GDC. She is unprofessional, arrogant and extremely rude. She shows no empathy at all to any nervous patient and treats all patients like they are a hassle. I need a tooth removed and as a very anxious dental patient I had asked how it would go.. her response-“well you shouldn’t have left it so long!” Have Seen many patients come out to say they don’t want to see her again. To top it off I had my 15 year old daughter there this week for 2 extractions, not numbed correctly and at no time did she ask if she could feel anything, so basically my child had 2 teeth pulled out without anaesthetic! She is absolutely traumatised by the whole experience and didn’t say anything as she has never had an extraction.and thought it was normal!!! I rang not to complain but to ask for a private referral which I was paying for to be told after 3 days ringing to take it up with the orthodontist! In my job I know that she could make the referral but decided not to just to be difficult! So rang the orthodontist receptionist sounded like she knew the practice, referral sent with no hesitation. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Honestly your child’s well being is more important! This person should not be practising at all in my opinion. I have been an NHS practice manager for many years and this is absolute negligence!! I am going private now as my child’s wellbeing is important and has been compromised by this awful person! I do not ever complain but I feel I need to say this.
