I have received an exceptional level of service from all “So Dental” staff over the last few months. A very professional but relaxed, non-rushed atmosphere put me at ease straight away which was very important. Full information and choice of treatment was given with time to allow me to decide what suited me best. It’s fair to say I was a nervous and anxious patient with a reasonably serious issue leading to an extraction. This was performed by Gemini and her assistant with remarkable care and patience, with absolutely zero pain. The procedure was fully explained beforehand, and ongoing guidance given throughout. Gemini is the best of the best, highly skilled dentistry unlike anything I have experienced before, with first class customer care skills like I have never experienced before. I am pain free for the first time in many years, and now not afraid of a dentist. What a positive difference this has immediately made to my standard of life. I am so glad I overcome my previously stubborn attitude to requesting help and made the right choice in choosing So Dental. A big thank you to all.

But they were incredibly thorough talking Mr through each step and I felt like the appointment wasn't rushed through but instead treated exactly how I'd hoped to be. Dr Christine Forbes is my dentist and she’s absolutely wonderful. So professional, incredibly skilled and knows exactly what to say and do to make me feel at ease and…normal! Care plans cover the absolute necessary with no daunting lists of complications or extras, which is so great. My husband also attends the surgery and speaks just as highly about his dentist and claims the hygienist to be best he’s met! We genuinely look forward to the dentist now!
