Emergency appointment yesterday evening in Stretford. Very nervous and anxious as it had been sometime since I had visted a dentist. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere, I was reassured and put at ease. Everything was explained regarding the issue and treatment. Dr Bhavik Patel and his colleague were fantastic. A couple of weeks ago I ended up having a tooth extraction. It was half eight at night on a Thursday and I was lucky enough to get an appointment straightaway as I was in a lot of pain. I was seen to quickly on arrival and everyone was very calm and friendly. I was taken through the whole process so I knew what to expect, which I found very reassuring and put me at ease. Throughout the extraction the dentist was efficient and careful and I was told what was happening next at every step. When the procedure was finished I was told what to do over the following 24hrs and in the weeks after that. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the same position as me and I would use them again in the future without hesitation.

Dr Sanjay and Sofya were lovely. I was really nervous but they were really understanding and quickly put me at my ease. Dr Sanjay explained everything about what he was going to do and why and some great tips for aftercare. Would honestly highly recommend!

I needed emergency treatment late at night. The dentist and dental nurse on duty Thursday 13th were absolutely amazing. They kept me calm and took great care of me. I needed to return the evening after with a big blood clot and again the same dentist is outstanding. I would recommend this place for emergency triage. Fantastic place. Helped me out massively. I needed a couple of fillings and could only make an appointment over the weekend as I work nights. The team there were amazing and where else could you be welcomed at 9pm on a Saturday night at a dentist. They put me at ease and helped me understand exactly what I needed before anything was done and told me what was going to happen.
