This was my first dentist visit in a long time, the receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the hygienist did a thorough job. Dr. Chavunduka clearly explained my treatment options and costs, which I really appreciated. The dental nurse was also friendly and attentive, I would definitely recommend this practice.

Was a good dentist that seemed to care especially for people that needed reasonable adjustments through health issues now they have moved they do not care about those patients any more and there are no longer any reasonable adjustments for them either Having gone to the old dentist for years this is really disappointing a big and new dentist maybe with the state of the art facilities but it is more important to look after those that are more vulnerable they have created them to not be able to attend obviously now not getting the dental care they need ! So yes for those that are lucky to have no issues great for those with issues you will be forgotten now you wont and dont matter this is how I have been left to feel ! My review is about Jane as she has caused me distress as well as negligence leaving me in agony because she has not removed a tooth completely and now it is growing out of my gum I have been told that Jane will not give me treatment anymore but will refer me elsewhere which she knows would cause distress as she has known me long enough her reasons for doing this is because of my negative review which has upset her even though I am Autistic with complex issues both physically and mentally which this has had a dreadful effect on my health Because Jane was upset by my review it is not a reason to refuse treating someone and has left me very upset I would have hoped a professional Dentist would have contacted me and had a grown up conversation which could have possibly resolved this matter but instead has left me with no choice but to look into her conduct and leaving part of my tooth behind I believe this is negligence which I shall be looking into as well My Husband has already left the surgery as he is disgusted in the way I have been treated and they most likely will say they cannot see my Son anymore because of my review it would not surprise us if they did Jane quotes she is good with nervous patients and she was but I think moving to a new building she may have left that behind as what she has done to me after treating me for 15 years or more getting to know me or so I thought has put me in a very vulnerable situation I have wrote my review not to say everyone will get treated like this but in hope lessons may be learnt and nobody else will have to go through what I have ! Updating my review After spending weeks and another weekend in total pain due to tooth not been fully extracted not been able to eat and I am diabetic which my diabetitis is not under control and having to take so many medications due to my heart which has side effects if taken on an empty stomach but because I cannot eat I am having to do so I phoned the Dentist about this referral as I would never let Jane near me again to be told she is of for 2 weeks , no one else could do it and Jane was doing me a favour by doing a referral when she comes back I am struggling to understand how Jane can be doing me a favour when her negligence by leaving part of my tooth in my gum which is now growing out of it so therefore did not do the extraction correctly and throwing her dummy out the pram because she does not like negative reviews about her and will strike patients of for doing so is classing referring me elsewhere as a favour if she had done her job correctly this would not be necessary Jane is having a lovely Holiday for 2 weeks while my health is declining , I am suicidal as I have been left in such a mess and pain so therefore it will be weeks before I possibly will get seen even though now I can imagine she will refuse to do the referral due to my review but there is always another way around things In reply to your comment You have not referred me on for treatment my Doctor has They are not accusations as I have seen a dentist and all the tooth had not been extracted Jane had left some behind which could be negligence You did not address my concerns Any adjustments you have made in the past is not some kind of favour but following the Autism act to make reasonable adjustments !

I can’t say much more than how amazing this dentistry practice is. Having not been to the dentist for far to long I saw this advertised on Facebook. Booked in all very easy, the atmosphere in there put me at ease immediately, all staff were fantastic. The service is excellent. I never thought I would say this but it was a pleasure to go to the dentist, highly recommended and a reasonable price also.

I had a new denture made in My Dentist on Saltergate. Chesterfield. It fits to perfection , everybody was very friendly and very helpful. I shall recommend the practice to everyone I know .

I've been with this dental practice since Middleton and gale about 27 years. They are the best. Niaomi is my dentist and has been for a long time,shes always looked after me so well,also Annette the hygienist is so lovely. All the nurses and reception are great. I have had 5 implant procedures with Professor Julian Yates over 25 years+ .The work has been transformational for me in terms of dental health, confidence & self-esteem. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional & courteous at all times. I also have nothing but praise for Naomi for my regular check ups & for Katie for my hygienist appointments. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

I went in on 02/09/2025 and waited to be seen at the reception. The three people at the reception didn't even look at me and continued acting as if I wasn't there. Because of the reception, I went to another dental clinic. They weren't polite.

First time visitor to this site after the move from Saltergate Dental Practice. The reception area is bright, airy, colourful and clean. The receptionist, Alex, was polite, friendly and accommodating. The room where we saw the dentist was also bright, spacious and clean. The highlight of the visit was the tree image on the ceiling when I was having my teeth checked... No more staring at the cracks in the ceiling! Overall, an excellent visit.
