I saw Andrew today, who looked after me tremendously, made me feel comfortable and listened to and performed a cleaning with zero pain of discomfort. I went to Heath Street Dental for an extraction filled with trepidation after bad experiences with previous dentists ..... I can't tell you how much time and effort the dentist at Heath Street took to put me at my ease, taking time and patience to explain the process to me and allow me to calm down. As to the procedure itself - the dentist was quick, efficient and very professional. It was over before it had begun! If you are a nervous patient or just need somewhere for a check up, then I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Trouble started for me during Easter break in April and I started to get severe tooth ache (and fever) on the left side. Saw Dr. Radhika via emergency appointment on Easter Mon, she did thorough examination and sent me for some scans next day. They gave me antibiotics for 5 days which helped with the pain and fever. Dr. Jaffer then extracted the upper left infected wisdom tooth and performed root canal on cracked lower left tooth. He was awesome! Dr. Radhika saw me in a couple of weeks for interim checks and then booked in for crown measurement session in couple of months. Crown was fitted end July and all is well at my end. Overall, fantastic experience and care. Kudos to Dr. Radhika and her team. Throughout these 3 months, the practice proactively kept in touch with me to check on my wellbeing. Thank you!
