My dental hygiene appointment today was well worth it, as always, for the relaxed care and encouragement I got - as well as, of course, the polished and tingly teeth! Rita has a lovely and calming manner, she's very thorough but unrushed, and she always provides excellent dental and oral health advice and tips. I'm really glad I took the plunge a year ago to phone White's and set up a first dental hygiene session - it's transformed the care of my teeth and gums, and given me a confidence boost as well. Rita's also been great at signposting me back to my dentist for a prompt checkup when she's spotted something needing urgent attention. I'll be back in 4 months' time, and I'm looking forward to it already!

Today I visited this clinic for the first time, everything was fine until a certain moment. The receptionist was very polite and very friendly. Zara, who performed the professional teeth cleaning, was very professional. But, later a doctor appeared in the waiting room, a man in a gray uniform, he began to address all the patients in turn, then looked at me and said: “You didn’t come to see me today, that’s for sure, so you can feel safe for now”. I consider such a statement by a doctor in a clinic unacceptable, and if it was a joke, then I also consider it was rude and inappropriate joke. This doctor would be better off saving such jokes for himself.
