Ever since meeting my new dentists, Heril and Namrata, they have been so friendly and they were really understanding and helpful with helping me fix my veneer. They were able to see me the same day when my temporary veneer fell off which was much appreciated! Tina was as helpful, welcoming and friendly as always and was really welcoming of my 2 month old baby when I couldn't find childcare at the last minute so it felt that they were a community dentist that cares. I am really happy with the end result and I could tell the passion and dedication that they have to dentistry by the extra mile that they took in all areas to make sure I had the best end result. I'm really happy to continue with Fair Oak Dental Practice for the foreseeable future and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I cracked part of my back top molar and a quarter came away. I'm absolutely terrified of dentist and thought this was going to be a very traumatic event. Phoned the dentist who got me appt to see them promptly so they could take a look at it. It was a struggle to get myself there because of the fear. However, Dr Namrata Vira was lovely, calm and understanding she put me at ease. The assistant Tina was so friendly and understanding. Namrata told me what the problem was and what the options were and her advice for the route. There was no push for expensive treatments it was all about what was the best thing for me. I had the tooth removed. Namrata took the time to do it to reduce my anxiety making sure I was OK every part of the way. Both Namrata and Tina made what could have been a very traumatic experience more manageable. I cannot recommend this dentist enough thank you so much for helping me and understanding my fears!

I developed an abscess over the weekend and by Monday morning I was in considerable pain. Rang Fair Oak Dental at 9am Monday and was given a 10:30am appointment. The tooth could not be removed immediately due to the infection and swelling but the tooth was drilled to relieve the pressure and I was put on a short course of antibiotics. An appointment was made for the Friday of the same week where the tooth, which had split, was painlessly removed. Excellent service throughout and I was kept informed all the way. Top marks!

I was a relatively new patient with the wonderful Dr. Sanjay but now retired I have gone on to have a wonderful experience with Dr Haria and Nurse Sara. Both ladies were very professional, patient and provided wonderful care during my root canal. It's not very often you can say my root canal was a great experience but I can cross that off my list.

Best dentist surgery by a distance, from someone who drives down from Basingstoke. Been coming for years and years - once I rang Sanjay at the weekend with severe tooth pain (NHS had not rung me back for the whole week) - got me to pop along Monday, prescribed me antibiotics and never charged me for his time or the weekend call. This was years ago, and I attended another dentist for a year but ended up coming back despite living far away - I couldn't trust another dentist when they said loads of work needed and hygienist clean is required, when Sanjay disagreed and said it didn't need any work. Super honest, friendly staff. Genuinely hope they both never retire!
