I really couldn’t be happier with my treatment and the overall experience at North West Orthodontics! I’m just over a year into my treatment (top and bottom adult braces) and the results are already above and beyond what I expected. I had become extremely conscious of my teeth, even refraining from smiling in photos, but now my smile and overall confidence have been completely transformed. The location in Marple Bridge is lovely and great for a little potter round before or after an appointment. Then, as soon as you walk through the door into the practice, the reception staff are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. During my initial consultation, the specialist, Laura, gave me brilliant advice, as well as all the time, information, and confidence I needed to make the decision to proceed. Throughout my treatment, Laura and the orthodontic nurse, Sam, have made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve been going for my checkup and adjustment once a month and each time it’s smooth, professional, and without any hitches. Plus, Laura and team always make sure to take time to explain each part of the process clearly and give helpful guidance on things like taking care of my brace between appointments. Dare I say it, I even quite enjoy coming to my appointments, which I never thought I’d say about visiting the orthodontist! I would wholeheartedly recommend this team to anybody looking to improve their smile and boost their confidence!
