If I could give 0 stars I would came on Saturday in a lot of pain I paid before the treatment btw. told her it’s hard for me to eat she just gave me an X-ray in one area right at the back and put some sticky substance in my mouth and just told me don’t eat anything for 30 mins there’s nothing wrong with your teeth. Considering I drove 30 minutes to come see her that’s day cause it was urgent I was so confused but I went home anyway. The pain gets worse on Monday I go somewhere else he does X-rays around my bottom set of teach I have an infection that’s spreading to my other teeth I had to have my tooth drilled drained and I’m on antibiotics and I have to go back so they can do it again and check I’m healing well. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Wow I was in a lot of pain. The staff were brilliant definitely recommend they x-rayed me saw the problem and got to work on taking it out. What a result I am now pain free. Thank you

Had an amazing experience! Got a same day emergency appointment& my wisdom tooth extraction took about 20 minutes! I’ve had some bad experiences so I was a bit nervous but I had nothing to worry about! The dentist and her assistant were patient, very gentle and explained everything clearly. Thank you and love you NHS!!!

Manchester emergency dental service referred me here for treatment and having read the previous reviews ( and being a nervous dental patient with anxiety ) I rang the emergency service back to see if they could offer me another surgery - they couldn’t until a full 24 hrs later - I was in too much pain to wait. After a sleepless night I arrived at the surgery with much trepidation. The receptionist was lovely and efficient . To my surprise I was called in at my exact appointment time and both the treatment and the professionalism of both the dentist and the dental nurse couldn’t have been improved upon. I was listened to and then the suggested procedure was explained to me before they commenced. My fears were totally unfounded and whilst I hope I never have to call the emergency service again, if I do, I will not hesitate to visit SMDEC - thank you I am now pain free.

Emergency appointment on 3rd Oct at 6pm. Dentist was middle age white male with a terrible attitude definitely not a people person. Appointment was rushed I was insulted and told I need to join a dentist despite me telling him I have been waiting for months due to recently having a baby. To top it off he prescribed me the wrong antibiotics for my tooth infection and FORGOT to stamp my slip so the chemist then refused to prescribe them. Ended up having to go to another appointment the following day 12 miles away and got everything sorted with amazing customer service. Avoid this dental practice better off removing your own tooth it would be more of a pleasurable experience.

Had 2 abbesses and a phobia of the dentist which I haven’t been to for years I needed an emergency appointment due to my abscess and unbearable pain was to much now I was very nervous but the dentist lady was absolutely amazing very professional and was very gentle with me and understood my phobia She prescribed antibiotics and has referred me to have my 2 teeth removed Thank you very much 🫡

Today I got emergency dental appointment through dental care Manchester.I arrived to DCO timperley wa15 7jw in time, receptionist was ok and polite.I was escorted to the dentist room as I got into the room I found not a dentist but a jail warden who just started giving me commands and orders.I should do this and I should’nt.I was feeling severe pain in my gums but he said it’s not an emgency I should have made appointment with my own dentist.As I told him appointment was not available at my dentist.He charged me £23.80 just to tell me it’s not an emergency and I should contact my own dentist after weekend and good bye.It was so awkward and rude behaviour as I found no sympathy.I won’t say it’s racism coz he was same brown as I am but I didn’t feel very nice to see him.I travelled all the way down from Oldham to timperley but so disappointed to find such disrespectful tone.I would never wish to visit timperley dental practice even whatever the emergency is.But a suggestion to the dentist he should change his profession into jail warden or something like that rather than a dentist.People expect of you kindness and humbleness not bitterness and cruelty.I don’t mind that I paid for nothing but I really do mind if I call someone”Sir” and in return I receive unwelcome response.I will not recommend this practice coz you will be charged for normal information even and mistreatment as well.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
