Luke always speaks in plain English and keeps you informed during each check-up, taking the time ensure you are fully comfortable before taking any action. I couldn't recommend Luke and Shakespeare Drive Dental more highly. After a bad experience with another dentist where they told me I needed extensive dental work, I decided to get a second opinion and found Shakespeare Dental upon the recommendation of a friend. Luke was thorough and honest in a way the previous dentist had not been. He explained things in great detail, which was extremely helpful and I learned a thing or two along the way! What's more, the work that I required was carried out to the highest professional standard, ultimately restoring my faith in dentists! In addition, the ladies at reception were kind and helpful and the practice was pristine and welcoming. I noticed several patients come and go, all leaving with a smile on their face which is a rarity for a dental surgery and testament to what a great practice this is. Thank you and keep up the good work. I would definitely return to Shakespeare Dental the next time I'm in the area.
