Hate dentists with a passion after a very bad experience in my younger years, Came to Bandhals when stopping in Coventry and was looked after by a very understanding team. If your a nervous patient they actually understand your fears and accomodate your issues with no pressure and only compassion. I now travel several hours for my treatment as i can trust the dentist and know i will be looked after. Big thanks to them all from the reception to the Dentist.

Worst experience with both the dentist and customer service. I went in for a basic NHS Band 1 check-up with scaling and polishing (£27), but the dentist tried to upsell me private treatment for around £185. When I said no and asked for just the NHS service, his attitude changed. He rushed through the cleaning in 10 minutes, left plaque on my teeth (see attached), and didn’t even give basic hygiene advice. Felt petty and unprofessional just because I didn’t go for the private option. Wouldn’t recommend.
