Helen will greet you at the reception with a smile and friendly chat until you go in to see Andrew who is friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. I’m a nightmare as I have an extreme gag reaction, he was so patient with me and made me relaxed throughout the whole process. As my fabulous dentures has settled down and my gums have changed slightly I’ve been back a few times for a couple of tweaks, always greeted with warm welcome, nothing is ever too much trouble. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
