Said they'd get me on the list for dental surgery and they didn't. Called them today because the pains worse to get an extraction she just told me to find another dentist and took me off the books and just hung up on me won't take my calls because I was no longer going to pay privately for the services as it's an emergency.. no decent human interaction they knew what they were doing.. please if you're really in need go somewhere else. They even joked with me about how many law suits they've had.. should of known then tbh

I rang to apply for NHS dental care , they advised they were taking on and give me an appointment for today , there is a sign outside advising they are taking NHS patients on also , I paid just over £27.00for a consultation and they advised I needed a deep clean on teeth and quoted me £150 , the dentist was very pushy saying the sooner this is done the better , I booked the appointment to comeback .when I got home I've checked the NHS website and it advises as a NHS patient it is a set charge of just over £75 , I rang and spoke to the receptionist to query this , she stated that this appointment was NHS but next would be charged at private dental costs , I advised I asked when I rang if they were taking on Nhs and they stated they were , I also stated she take the sign down from outside false advertising they are when it's only a consultation that's charged at NHS rate , I advise you to re think before going with this dentist

I’ve been going here for a couple of years. During this time, it has always been a challenge to get in touch via phone to arrange an appointment but I’ve persevered. I scheduled an appt 6 months ago and when I arrived for my appointment, the building was locked up and no one answered the phone. I left voicemails for three weeks and these were never returned. When I eventually got through today, apparently they thought they had contacted me to cancel my appointment due to holidays. When I asked about the multiple voicemails not being returned, apparently phones had also been down. Seems overall communication is bad and no real acknowledgement or apology. Very disappointed with this practice and relieved I didn’t have any dental emergency as they would have been totally unreliable.

A sorely disappointing experience. After arranging a booking due to pain in my two front teeth, I had arrived early for my appointment, only to wait nearly 40 minutes after the allocated time to be seen to. During my appointment, there had been various attempts of upselling that ‘wouldn’t be covered’ on the NHS for a basic filling. This is despite the fact that my previous dentist had covered this with no qualms. An eye-watering bill was quoted. The actual appointment must’ve lasted all of 5 minutes, with about 30 seconds of those minutes actually being the inspection of my teeth, and the rest being an upselling advertisement. The primary issue of my appointment wasn’t addressed during this visit, and after being incorrectly told that ‘Pepsi Max’ contains sugar on more than one occasion, despite polite correction, I’m more than confident that I will not be returning to this dentist practice.

Really terrible experience overall, accepted me as an nhs patient and made it seem like he is doing me a favour. Said that its not his fault that im "too poor" to not be able to go private and overall really terrible bedside manner. I need treatment that he is refusing to do because he says he won't get paid for it. Would not recommend at all as an nhs patient because private patients is where his priorities are because he said that money comes first over patients directly to me

Wow.. I’d suffered for so long trying to get into a dentist & when I found this dentist I needed my wisdom tooth out, I had bad anxiety at the thought of having needles as I had a really bad dental experience when I was younger with injections & after that I needed referred to be put to sleep but I couldn’t get the referral & was panicked all day with worry but the Dentist put me so at ease, took his time & talked me though it all, was over in minutes & what a relief!! Thank you so much..
