After 27 years elsewhere, since moving to the North East I have now had two appointments at Bupa Dental Care Stockton. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The practice was in pristine condition, and the brilliant treatment I received really assures me that I have found a practice that I will use for many years to come. Brought my 2 year old girl to this practice to see Katherine Lawrence and was a great experience from start to finish. Practice was clean, staff were polite, appointment was on time and the advice given by Katherine was brilliant. Her and the dental nurse Louise made my little girl feel very comfortable in the dental chair. The stickers at the end made her day! Great practice!

I’ve been going to this dentist for a few years now and it’s always been a pleasant experience. From walking through the door and being greeted by the receptionists who make you feel really comfortable, to the dentist doing the work being really relaxing and professional. Recently went for check up received excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Also very impressed in these difficult times how this practice gets prompt appts while knowing other people having great problems getting appts for either check ups or tooth problems from their own dentist practices. Staff also very safety conscientous for patients and themselves. Have appt after check up to see hygienist.
