My son has just had his braces removed today and wow his teeth look fantastic. 14 months have gone so quick, and without any issues whatsoever ever. Andrew and the team at Otley were so welcoming and put my son at ease, every step of the way. Communication has been fantastic throughout. Although my son is over joyed with his teeth, he did say he would miss seeing Andrew and the chats about football. I would highly recommend Yorkshire Orthodontics! From a Mums point of view I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you Andrew for making my son finally smile confidently again and hopefully the bullying about his teeth with now stop. I can’t praise this practice and all the staff highly enough- everyone I encountered over the past 18 months of treatment has been super friendly, helpful and caring. Peter did an amazing job- everything was clearly explained, treatment was gentle and in a relaxed manner and he has totally transformed my smile! Unfortunately my braces that was fitted by Andrew caused more damage to my teeth than b4 braces. I have lost almost all my teeth 😭 and I am going to get implants however I have to wait for that and work for that extra hours , it will cost me another £8000 just for full arch on top , I referred 2 extra people because in the beginning I thought they are very good however my experience it’s from scale 1 to 10 I give Andrew 0 from experience that I have received. I spent £3800 for pain and emotional damage because it’s not the fact that braces have made more damage to me than before braces it’s the fact that they don’t even tried to help me after everything has gone wrong 😑. The advise I was giving did not work at all in fact it was opposite just making things worse.
