I’ve just finished my around about 3 year braces journey at The Brace Place, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the whole team has been amazing always friendly, professional, and so welcoming. A special thank you to Chloe, who treated me throughout my journey. She’s been absolutely incredible — so patient, kind, and always made me feel comfortable at every appointment. She explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about getting the best results for me. After three years, my teeth are perfectly straight, and I finally have the confidence to smile without hesitation. I’m so grateful to Chloe and everyone at The Brace Place for all their hard work and support. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE. The big influx of positive reviews all of a sudden with the same vocabulary should be very telling. I have paid £4,350 for treatment and I got my braces on in July 2022. I have had numerous appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and was left for 3 months with a wire sticking into my lip (excruciatingly painful) and they wouldn’t give me an emergency appointment. Multiple breaches in my treatment plan that I signed in 2022 - things happened differently or didn’t happen at all. I’m absolutely devastated and appalled that I used so much of my savings and I’m embarrassed to have ever set foot in this practice. BE WARNED. This has been an ongoing complaint and the practice does not care. I had an appointment with Dr Patel today after not being seen by him for nearly a year and he barely spoke to me, was extremely dismissive and didn’t care one bit. Disgusting. I still don’t know when these braces are coming off and it’s been over 3 years.
