I've received numerous missed calls from this company in the span of just one week. When I eventually answered, the woman on the phone spoke to me in a very condescending manner—particularly when I raised concerns about the high costs they were quoting. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, she quoted me an extremely high price—around £9000 and an additional £350+ just for a consultation. She explained that the consultation would include taking scans, despite the fact that I already have my scans ready and available. As I was getting ready to end the call due to her continued rambling, she abruptly said, “Don’t email me, I won’t respond.”

We happily took the 5 hour train from Cornwall every 6-8 weeks over this period and are so pleased with the results. Thank you to Joan, Alba, Rajani, Michelle and Dr. Bass!
