I haven’t been to the dentist for 20..30 years ago but as had broken chipped tooth and crown was time to get it sorted out Sefton Dental Practice was recommended by a work colleague very quick getting an appointment for check up consultation as had to go private as very difficult to get nhs dentist anywhere had two options one option just basic check up and more through which included x ray which I opted for as hadn’t been for so long needed sorting asap made me feel at ease straight away as I was very nervous as hadn’t been for a long time they were just great from start to finish was advised needed two fillings and deep clean and advised of cost of the treatment so today had the treatment I was really nervous again I was put at ease and all done teeth look great now thank you so much

Was seen though emergancy appointment by Sally and she was fantastic made me feel really at ease and comfortable, hopefully the pain stays away now! I had a nerve pain, she really did my filling! Like I said she was absolutely amazing x Thank you

This dentist Is awful. I had an emergency appointment here where I was given a temporary filling on my back tooth and given antibiotics that filling fell out after 3 days. I then rang for a filling to be put in after this was put in it fell out after a week and a half. I was then given another appointment to be told the tooth needs taken out I was given the max injections to numb my gum then they tried to take my tooth out but cracking my tooth in the process so the dentist then said I would be referred to get it taken out else where. Today I was bk at the dentist again an given an other temporary filling and given antibiotics AGAIN. I have spend near £300 here to be in the same situation I was 8 months ago. I am just waiting to be accepted by an other dentist so I can leave this dentist for good only staying because I still want my regular cleans and can't afford private prices and this dentist is only NHS in my area avoid at all costs

I have been there for emergency appointment and need to glow my crown back but they didn’t clean the crown and dentist didn’t know how to put it back the crown bunch of student from colleague is working there .at final they sanding the crown till the cover crown shown black . I don’t know who allowed that kind of dentist work and play with the human life . Because they don’t know nothing about teeth.

After calling emergency number. Attended Emergency appointment for tooth extraction here this morning, staff really nice and friendly. The Lady dentist, (sorry can't remember her name as I was so nervous) who extracted my tooth was really great, an absolute angel, couldn't thank her enough! Thank you.

I needed a emergency dentist appointment ,my back tooth had needed taken out for a while but couldn’t get a dentist I was in terrible pain , after ringing 111 ,I got a dentist appointment straight away , miss or Mrs rimmer removed my tooth ,I was treated brilliantly ,I cannot recommend this practice and dentist enough ,very clean and staff were fantastic ,thanks really appreciated 👍👍👏👏

I was given an emergency appointment today this morning and was allocated Sefton dental practice the receptionist was very helpful and polite and I was attended to for my emergency treatment by ash thanks ash you did a great job my pain has gone and he spoke with empathy and assisted me inaking any further treatments via the dentist and showed me pricelist and offered any problems pleaae return thanks again

My son was here a month ago as emergency his tooth was in need of urgent treatment the dentist just filled the tooth didnt drill out any decay. Given antibiotics. The tooth of course became excruciating with the pain so we returned .4wks later ... Given this is emergency visit with 20mins max what my son went through was barbaric after xray he needed a root canal which they don't do she offered to take it out or try get a nerve out. My son didn't want to lose his tooth so opted for the nerve out what happened after that made me physically sick watching rhe torture he went through. Given 3 injections with no time to take effect the dentist then blew cold air onto his tooth it was horrendous pain aa he shouted yet she started the drilling even though she shouldn't have ..my son was flinching in the chair kicking his legs and gripping the chair so he wouldn't scream with the drill on his nerve endings so as not to upset others outside!!!!..he even kicked the switch on the chair that switched the light off as he was in unbearable pain . I thought itd never end she kept telling him itd be over soon but kept drilling it was horrendous she then packed it quickly and that was it. My son had to sit on the floor in the car park as his eyes had gone weird he felt sick and couldn't move for 45mins. Today the pains just the same but hes terrified to return because of the trauma Sally caused with this terrible experience. I feel sick everytme i think of it. It was just unbelievable and this will be taken further. Absolutely disgusting treatment my son is so ill and traumatised by it all and can't even eat with the pain its causing him. Im furious .what's he supposed to do now??????
