I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I really felt the need to share my experience. I’ve always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but this was by far the most comfortable and positive visit I’ve ever had. My dentist was incredibly patient, took the time to explain every step of the procedure, and made sure I understood what was best for me. He never rushed and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole appointment. I truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and care. Very upset and disappointed by the rude and unprofessional attitude towards me from dentist Natalia Rutina. This is my third time visiting her and I have had problems each time. The expensive crown she installed cracked after a week and temporary filling felt out the same day. Besides, she is unfriendly and indifferent.
