Brought my daughter here as she had some on going tooth issues and within one appointment the dentist spotted the issue and had her orthodontist referral made up in no time. Please don't use this practice. Despite being an existing non-NHS patient, when I had a filling fall out, I needed to wait a few weeks to get it filled. Once filled, it fell out a few months later. When the same dentist replaced the filling a second time, he also managed to cut the underside of my tongue in the process. That filling also fell out. When I called to make an appointment, they informed me the dentist who filled my tooth was no longer working at the practice so they said it wasn't covered by the 1-year guarantee, which I had assumed was a practice policy. I was told they would check and call me the next day. No one called so I went to another dentist in the area, who was absolutely brilliant. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I had a hygiene appointment with airflow with Sophia, she was brilliant and regularly checked if I was alright/gave me little breaks throughout the clean. I also have some sensitivity but Sophia was very gentle and the airflow did a brilliant job of cleaning some stubborn staining without being uncomfortable.

My friend and I visited this dentist last week and want to tell you about the lovely dentist and nurses we saw .We saw dentist named Islam Elshiwi what a lovely professional dentist ,He was polite, qente and made us feel very relaxed and made our experience such a pleasure. Also we had the pleasure in meeting 2 of his nurses who were also kind respectful, and professional. What a wonderful team. Thank you .
