I went here yesterday. The Dr. Dr. Khalid Al- Jaasari, he was so professional and so nice to me. He made me feel at ease, even when I was scared about the injections. He was initially trying to see exactly where the problem was and he said dont worry I will help you. He actually did and he has made me feel no scared to see the dentist anymore. Result. A very professional and lovely Dr. Thankyou Son

I’ve been going to this dentist for years. Today I got a call from a representative, that I genuinely thought was a scam, asking me to pay in advance for my annual appointment (it’s in January, I booked it a year ago and I’ve never had to pay in advance before). I was initially told that it was always policy to pay in advance, then they said that the policy has changed recently for private patients. I asked if it would be, on this occasion, okay to pay when I come in for the appointment. I was told that if I don’t pay over the phone today that they’ll cancel the appointment. I asked to speak to a manager and they said I would get a call back next week but would cancel the appointment in the meantime. I then got a text to say the appointment had been cancelled. I would love for you to listen to the call recording to see how poor the attitude of the colleague was and use it to enhance the approach for other customers in the future. Disappointing that after years of coming to this practice I get treated like this.

Sion is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced.

I’d like to thank Catherine for going above and beyond to help my mum who was in terrible pain. Being a fellow dentist it was reassuring to know she was in great hands. Harriet on the desk was extremely professional in her role. Thank you again.

Went there to get my pericoronitis treated. Treatment according to all guidelines is to either remove the wisdom tooth or preform an operculectomy. Instead I was made to pay 30 pounds to have the dentist spray water underneath the gum flap and prescribe me 3 days of antibiotics (mind you the antibiotics are already provided by the NHS so I paid 30 pounds to have him use a syringe to spray water underneath a gum flap) I am not a dentist but I know a thing or two about treating infections and the importance of source control. My cheeks were not examined for collections, I was not asked about the history of the illness and weather it affected my daily life and how it affected. Overall the dentist just wanted me out of the office as soon as I came in. I don't think he was thorough at all. I was not asked if I was spiking fevers (I was). Mind you I examined myself and there is a fluctuant collection lateral to the wisdom tooth. Antibiotics will not treat it since the source was NOT drained.

As a result of painful dental treatment as a child in the 1950’s and 60’s I’ve been terrified when going to the dentist for most of my adult life. So I never thought I would be a person who could have dental implants. I started going to Restore dental practice a few years ago, and with the kind and professional approach of the team my confidence has grown immeasurably, so much so that today I am the proud owner of 2 implants. At age 72, I wanted to enjoy eating all foods, not be the last to finish my meal and avoid having dentures. I didn’t know if implants were possible for me, but when I met Raid he did thorough examinations and scans to show that it could be done. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and had plenty of time for my questions. From the initial surgical insertions under local anaesthetic (which was painless) to the final fitting of my implants took 3-4 months, about 4 visits to the practice, and I was able to eat as I normally would throughout. So if you’re thinking about implants and you’re unsure or apprehensive, there’s nothing to worry about. It’s well worth doing.
