I had a dental emergency today and called the clinic around 11 AM, just hoping they could fit me in. They booked me for 2 PM the same day, which already took a lot of stress off. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, organised, and simple. The staff were not only professional but genuinely kind and easy to talk to. They explained what was going on in simple terms, the procedure was quick and smooth, and I felt looked after the whole time. One thing I really appreciated is how honest they were. They didn’t try to push anything extra or make things sound more serious than they were. They just told me exactly what needed to be done and kept it straightforward which is rare and so refreshing. I’ve been to a few other dental places in the area and around the city, and none of them made me feel as comfortable or confident as this one. After some not-so-great experiences elsewhere in the area, this visit honestly felt like a breath of fresh air. I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone. If you want a team that’s honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients, this is the place to go. Outstanding Dental Care. Highly Recommended!

I have never had a bad experience since attending this dentist. My first appointment was an emergency appointment, had never been there before. I was offered to come down and wait around prebooked customers but was seen in the hour. I chose then to make it my new dentist. From the front of house to the dentist himself, always feel welcomed and never felt nervous during procedures. So well done team . Shauna shanley

I'm happy to recommend this clinic and as well the receptionists who tried to help me. Within a month, I was with 4 clinic and no one could help me. This dental clinic was the only one who could. Besides, you don't have to pay a deposit to book an appointment. The doctor tells you what he can do, what he recommends, etc. In my case, all other dentists only told me I needed braces; I only had one crooked tooth that didn't require braces. My teeth look’s okey now . Doctor did really good job . Even he told me if any problems call straight. As well as a private visit wasn’t expensive. 🤗thank you so much. Kate( Katarzyna)

I come from out of the region,unable to get a dentist in my location ,I come to coventry at least every two mnths & was told I could get to see a dentist out of my region,it was a quick & easy process to get an appointment, seen within a week ,tooth extraction within two days of initial appointment, great friendly staff ,& Dr Ali was great,would recommend this dental practice.

I had an emergency appointment with Dr Ali i had treatment from another dentist day b4 who had messed up, and Dr Ali was brilliant, explained everything and has started 2 fix the mess the previous dentist has left

I’d give it six stars if I could. I am awful with dentists. I was in 14/10 level pain, and was able to not only get a private appointment for literally two hours after I called, it took all of fifteen minutes for the tooth to come out. Consummate professionals with so much kindness and compassion towards people in pain. 15/10 would use again.
