For the first time in many years I felt comfortable at the Dentist. It was a warm calm atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was very glad I attended my first appointment and I have made a second appointment.

Dentist experience as expected. Clinical room squashed into such a tiny space that there is no room for chaperone to sit or even stand. Disgusted to find that there are no customer toilets. I would have thought this was a moral requirement, if not legal.

Went in for a check up and possible filling. Got told i need root canal instead which is fine until they tell me they can not do it there and will need to go private. I was always under the impression you can get most things at your dentist and not expected to pay £300 out just before Christmas.
