I have had such a good experience with the lovely dentist Marylin and dental nurse working with her (blonde with glasses, apologies I forgot to ask your name!). They couldn't have made me feel more at ease and despite my case being difficult due to excessive bleeding, they never made me feel like a nuisance at all. After negative experiences elsewhere in the past where I have been made to feel ashamed of my teeth, I felt nothing but positivity and compassion from this lovely pair. They are a credit to their profession. I would appreciate this feedback being passed onto them. Thank you so much for your perseverance and working so hard on my awkward tooth! I am very grateful.

Huge thank you to Georgia Fishburn and her team!! I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, and unfortunately needed a tooth out, as well as a couple of fillings. Georgia is by far the best dentist I've had, by a mile! Georgia and her team were amazing! She is so calm, friendly, professional, explained everything perfectly and created a lovely relaxing environment to have my treatment, as well as having a good bit of banter to help with any nervousness. Receptionist Spoke to me and my partner like idiots my partner has a lot on and has potential learning difficulties when told you will send an appointment reminder it’s useally a good idea to actually send one rather than getting rude on the phone. Please avoid unless you want to be spoken to like dirt and told something they don’t actually do

Been with this dentist practice from being a child(was called charmers back then in the 70's). Seen it through many changes, both owners and my own teeth. During the pandemic they stopped sending reminders (it was more like 3 or 4 years before that tbh) and since then I've struggled to remember to book check ups due to my ADHD and other organisational personal issues. I've now been told I've been removed from the NHS list and can no longer use them. Fair enough. But would happily take me on as a private customer instead as plenty of space on this list(cash cow list). Wow! This country's health system down to a tee. Don't bother using these guys folks, it's now a conveyer belt of no name dentists renting a room to make money not a health service provider. Shame really. Mr Charmer would be rolling in his grave.

A huge shout out to Louise and Gwen who were absolutely amazing when my daughter got her filling done. Louise explained everything she was going to do in advance and I've never seen my daughter so relaxed during a dental visit. She offered some excellent advice regarding dental care going forward and even recommended certain products when I asked for advice. I only wish Louise had been my dentist when I was a child and I don't think I'd ever be nervous about going back. Fabulous service and cannot recommend highly enough

Louise Hedley is an amazing dentist. So caring and compassionate. Explained everything fully and step by step to my autistic 13 year old son. Her ability to fully engage with the child as well as the parent is brilliant. She shows patience and understanding throughout and I cannot thank her enough for making the experience a positive one for my child. Thanks Louise 💕
